If I can give zero I would what a sh*t company don’t buy tickets with them.
I bought tickets with them time of event no ticket sent and cannot enter the event. I bought new tickets at the event and entered as I had to drive 2 hours to the event and did not want to miss it. I contacted them the agent told me sorry his a refund and new ticket and voucher received none of it and I did not need the ticket as I already bought one. And still no refund for 49 days of chasing them.

I bought tickets from stubhub 4 months before my event I realized after buying them I could have bought them for half the price from the vendor but they wouldn’t let me return my tickets. So I asked when I would receive the tickets I was told they haven’t released from the vendor and once the vendor releases them I will get an email to collect them so in the 4 months before the event I never received these tickets but reached out to customer support several times and was always told they’re guaranteed to you so I asked when I’ll get them everytime they tell me by September 27th the day of the event. The day of the event comes still haven’t received them I call and ask again at noon they guarantee the order is processing and tickets are on the way and will be there in time for the event, 30 minutes before the event I still don’t have my tickets so I call them to ask for help at which point I’m told “the vendor never released the tickets and we don’t have any sorry” clearly the vendor released tickets cause the event took place with thousands of people there. However I didn’t get to see it pretty disappointing would never suggest stub hub to anyone ever.

They sold me tickets they didn't have. So when I tried to surprise my husband for his birthday to see his favorite comedian, they sent me a link to retrieve tickets from Ticketmaster but there were no tickets. So embarrassing. There should be a way to shut down a business like this.

Please do not buy anything from this site, they charge x 3 of a regular price. I made a big mistake buying tickets for broadway show thinking its a special show and StubHub, Inc is the only seller of the tickets. Next day Amex presale showed their prices and it was below $70 CA for the tickets when I paid &467 for 3 tickets in total. They also added service fees that they have not disclosed before the transaction. The declined to provide refund when I requested it the day after the purchase, their Staff on live chat were very rude as well. The only offer from them is to resell the tickets on site viagogo where you have to provide your credit or debit card info and scam other people into purchasing overpriced tickets.
DO NOT PURCHASE THE TICKETS FROM StubHub, Inc THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

StubHub is a scam! I bought 2 tickets to a comedy show. When I made the purchase the page said it was $200 for 2 tickets but on the last apple pay page on which I clicked through to fast it changed to $400. So now I've been charged double what I thought I was being charged. Then in my panic I ended up on the actual venue's web site and found that the actual cost for tickets was $31 each. So yeah! I paid $400 for tickets I could have gotten at the door for $62. That's a 645% markup. Never use StubHub! No regulation on sellers! No refunds! It is an unethical platform!

The tickets were fake. Upon purchase, the tickets were transferred to my AXS account. I turned up to Wembley and tried to scan the ticket and it said "please go to ticket office" which I did. There they looked at the tickets and they were fraudulent. The Wembley / AXS staff do not recognise StubHub as a genuine seller so wouldn't do anything about my tickets. There were 100s of other people in the same situation as me, all being turned away from the show.

Will never use StubHub again.

They belong in jail. They have obvious evidence a ticket was not transferred, but refuse to issue a refund. They are thieves and will have charges pressed against them. I will also be seeking a lawyer who will happily sue on contingency. Perhaps everyone could get together here and file a class-action.

It appears like the law-firm of Tycko & Zavareei is having success dealing with the evils of StubHub. They only do class-action though.

I got my ticket to Shawn Mendes concert in Amsterdam a month ahead. I was a little nervous because I had read some bad comments about stubhub, and they told me that I was going to get my ticket on the same day as the concert. But I got it a week before 🙂
Everything worked just fine for me!

I was reeled in by this shady vendor to purchase a concert ticket at a literally too good to be true price and suffered the consequence of my ignorance. Despite spending hours on the phone jumping through confusing hoops by not just Stubhub, but two other conspirator vendors (while also having to deal with the laborious hassles in creating a new account with each) so a scannable coded ticket could be downloaded to gain valid entry to the concert, the countless attempts, even though aided by the diligent efforts of knowledgeable venue staff - were all to no avail. I had no choice but to purchase a general admission ticket from the venue box office to attend. The intentional utter failure to follow through regardless of implied guarantee, has lessened my faith in humanity. Of course, contacting the shisters to request a deserved refund ended up an unworthy challenge in being denied reimbursement of credit to my PayPal account, to which a grievance was filed. Think you’re saving money purchasing event tickets through Stubhub? Think again.

Stubhub are a complete disgrace. Tickets for tpain were invalidated last minute. No replacement ticket. Made me walk 40 minutes back home in an utter rage. Utter trash

Total rip off. Do not use this service you will regret it.

I tried to buy 2 tickets to Valery Meladze’s concert in Tampa. The StubHub listing clearly showed $329 including fees with a note: “2 tickets together.” I assumed — like any normal person — that $329 was the total for both tickets.

But when I paid, the system charged me $658 — double the advertised price.

I immediately called support. The agent admitted it looked like a mistake and told me to wait on the line for 10 minutes… then disconnected me and never called back.

This feels like deceptive advertising and terrible customer service. I have screenshots and will be filing a dispute with my bank if this isn’t resolved soon. Be very careful when buying from StubHub — the final price might not be what you expected.

Brought tickets for right infront of the stage and 2 hours before the show they emailed us offer us way back from where our seats where supposed to be , got them 4 months ago and they screw you over right before the show never again will I use this shitty site

I wish I could give zero stars. I bought a parking pass for $110 for The Stray Kids concert, almost $40 in fees!!! Then when it came time for me to use the parking pass, it could not be located and chat help was useless. Then when I went to ask for a refund for a parking pass that was never located and never used, they “understand my inconvenience, and frustration and apologize, but they are unable to assist me.” I even asked to speak to a manager, no manager to speak with!?! This is a terrible way to do business. I won’t ever shop with you again! Customers beware. P.S. I never really write bad reviews, but I want people to beware of Stubhub!

If I could give minus stars, I would do that! Do not buy here your ticket! First of all they charge you 80 dollars fee! It means the price you see first, it's not a total amount! Your credit card will be charged the ticket fee plus 80 dollars more! I did not receive a ticket! I purchased ticket for Dua Lipa 10 days before the concert. I read the reviews but I did not believed them. But know I know that this company is a fraud and scam!
They sent me an email that I get the ticket the day of concert. First they said that due to the inlog problems of the seller, I have to log in to the seller ticketmaster account. I tried for many times. I couldn't log in. I called them and emailed them. Their AI assistant kept me busy for half a day. It was 2 hours before the concert began, finally they said we send you replacement ticket and I have to accept the ticket. I did accept the ticket through email and then I got an error message on ticketmaster site that there is no ticket. I made screen shut and send it to them but the AI email sent me messages that I have to accept ticket and the same email over and over. They I called them and told them that I need to know do I get a ticket or not because I have to drive to the concert. They said yes! This ticket is ok and should work! I sait but It's not. I drove to the concert location. When I arrived called them again. The Dua Lipa concert was 40 minutes busy, I was standing there outside still talking to a customer servicewho told me please wait patiently 5 minutes. Your case is escalated. This is a technical problem. We will solve it. I told her the concert is half gone and you asking me wait and be patient till we solve the technical problem. After a while she said, We give you refund. Your ticket is protected! You will receive an refund email in 5 minutes and your refund will be in 7 to 8 days. So that was a terrible experience! But the frustration is not finished yet. I was waiting for the refund email which I still did not receive. Now 8 days later. I have sent them 10 emails to get the refund email. Their AI assistance comes everything with different answers. Like plase choose your replacement ticket with a list of concerts in other contries like USA. I live in Amsterdam.
I wrote them again, I do not want replacement ticket. Refund please. Not they come with an email. We are investigating your case. You don't believe but I spent so much time to call them and sent them like 30 email and spending like 3 hours withe their AI assistant. Still no ticket, no refund.
Stubhub are scams, thievs, stress makersmakers! Do not fall for this because some revieuws are ok. They sell one ticket to many people. One get lucky and 100 loosing their money, time and joy!

I didn't know Studhub and i was hesitating to buy tickets from there... that even more after i wrote bad comments... but i thought am gonna try... for me the site looked professional... i bought 2 tickets for the concert for Nelly for the price of 1! ... and yes didn't had any problem to go in! When you received the mail of confirmation and you don t see your tickets... don t panic... possible you were login as a guest... than you need to log out and log back in with the accescode they gave you in the email! Hope this will helps people if they dln t find their tickets!

They are theives. Kept $270 from me selling my tickets. Don't list with them.
