While the Solgaard suitcase ordered was not what was originally shipped to me, the Solgaard support resources, especially Jessa, were incredibly helpful in facilitating a timely resolution with the ordered item being sent to me and a return label provided to send back the suitcase initially received.
Happy to have the medium carryon for convenient domestic and international travel in the near future. I’ve had the medium check-in sized suitcase for a year, which led me to order this carryon size that is right-sized for me!

I had a defect issue with the lock on my luggage and couldn't open it when we got to our travel destination. It was a huge inconvenience, but Solgaard stands by their warranty and resolved my issue 100% and sent a replacement. I will continue to purchase their luggage and recommend it to everyone. I love my solgaard check in luggage! I went on vacation came back upon putting my luggage away, I noticed a nice big crack in my luggage. I contacted the support team and sent them a video and had my replacement luggage within five days!! I am so grateful!

Ordered the Closet Carry-On and Closet Carry-On Plus in 2021 for me and my wife. They've been fantastic all over the world. But the Plus was traumatized during a recent trip to New York's La Guardia Airport - it looked like they dropped it out of the plane at 36,000 feet! Reached out online to customer service with pics and short sob story and new bag was sent within two days. Process could not have been easier, service could not have been kinder nor more efficient. I love these products - and it met its fate at La Guardia, that could happen to any of us, it's a tough place so no shame there! Customer for life.

I bought the carry on closet (haven’t used it yet) and the weekender bag. I used the weekender bag this weekend and noticed one of the four buttons/stand on the bottom was missing. I reached out to solgaard and they sent me a replacement right away. The luggage’s are very costly, but the service is also great.

My bag purchased as a gift 2 years ago the latch was damaged and broke off. I guess bc of the amount of time that passed they couldn't find the email associated with the original order. After going back and forth, Armely was able to figure it out, created a list of what they needed, and after submission of a picture, current mailing address and phone number Armely promptly shipped me a brand new replacement bag under warranty. Solgaard stands behind their products. You may pay little more for a high quality product, but also know they will honor the lifetime warranty if something goes wrong. I strongly recommend Solgaard and will absolutely continue to do business with this company.

I purchased both a carry on closet and a checked closet as a gift on September 11, 2025. The carry on was delivered September 15, 2025, however the checked closet was not delivered and the tracking never updated. I began calling customer service to try and find out what was wrong.
I finally called and got Joan as my customer service representative. She was great from my first conversation with her.
On October 3, 2025, Joan canceled the original order for the checked closet and resent another one. This order stalled for a while.
As the date for the gifts to be given approached, I called Joan a couple more times. She was always pleasant and understanding of my situation and was always willing to help.
I called her again on October 13, 2025 to ask if she could please give me a shipping and delivery date. She was on it immediately. She provided me with this information that same day.
I give Joan a 5 out of 5 stars for her ability to listen and understand the situation and then do everything she could to help each and every time.

I’ve been using their products for a few years now. Started with just the carryon suitcase and now have that and the backpack and two checked bags. I travel a ton for work (over 100,000 miles a year domestically) and this luggage has worked perfectly and taken a beating. I’ve turned so many people from family and friends to random people in the airport on to buying Solgaards stuff. Last week my carryon took a beating and developed two cracks. I sent pics to Solgaard and someone got back to me within the hour. No questions. No issues. Immediately warrantied it and sent me a brand new one that day. Beyond impressed. You guys have a lifelong customer and advocate in me!

Long time user of my carry on closet and it finally met its match and broke where the handle meets the arm. Thinking I was out of luck I reached out to customer service and I’m glad I did. The respse time was incredibly fast and they are sending me a new replacement suitcase. That level of Customer service is rare these days but I appreciate this and will never buy from another suitcase company again!
