A Company you can trust
Integrity i s really important to me is companies I do business with. Solgaard has exemplified this in standing behind their product. I purchased a suitcase about a year ago which I use extensively for travel. I recently encountered an issue with the wheels locking up. To me it is not the fact that something happened, but the fact that they made it right. I worked with Joan in Customer Service and she was with me every step of the way until my problem was resolved.
