Excellent customer service
I purchased both a carry on closet and a checked closet as a gift on September 11, 2025. The carry on was delivered September 15, 2025, however the checked closet was not delivered and the tracking never updated. I began calling customer service to try and find out what was wrong.
I finally called and got Joan as my customer service representative. She was great from my first conversation with her.
On October 3, 2025, Joan canceled the original order for the checked closet and resent another one. This order stalled for a while.
As the date for the gifts to be given approached, I called Joan a couple more times. She was always pleasant and understanding of my situation and was always willing to help.
I called her again on October 13, 2025 to ask if she could please give me a shipping and delivery date. She was on it immediately. She provided me with this information that same day.
I give Joan a 5 out of 5 stars for her ability to listen and understand the situation and then do everything she could to help each and every time.
