I purchased a the large closet last year and love it. This past summer while traveling, the airline was moving the luggage and my Solgaard was damaged. The hinge was bent and it wouldn't close properly. I emailed Solgaard and Joan responded and helped me through the process of reporting the damage and subsequently replacing it free of charge.
