Puppy Problems
We have one of the carry-on Solgaard luggage pieces and absolutely love them. We recently returned from a trip and stored it under the bed where our puppy promptly chewed up the rubber wheels. I emailed customer Service told them of our situation. Redenthur immediately set us up for a new replacement at no charge. We will always buy their products and refer their products to all our friends and family. Thank you so much for being a great company and having a great product support.
