Had an issue with the wrong color being received and its insert missing in luggage! Took a few emails but Kristine ended up being the best rep EVER! She was able to help resolve my order issue 100% in less than 24 hours and had the correct order shipped out by the end of that day!! Thanks so much for you assistance!! I bought both of my sisters the luggage for Christmas and I really look forward to them receiving them!
