I can’t say enough great things about Solgaard’s product warranty and customer service! My carry-on had some damage, and I was worried the replacement process would be a hassle—but it was the complete opposite. Thanks to Joan’s incredible assistance, everything was seamless, quick, and absolutely painless. She guided me through every step with professionalism and kindness, making what could have been a stressful situation feel effortless.
Solgaard truly stands behind their products, and this experience has only made me an even bigger fan of the brand. Huge thanks to Joan for turning a problem into a reminder of why I’ll continue to recommend Solgaard to everyone!
