I have never left a Trustpilot review before but I am now at the end of my tether. Well over a year & I still have a growing & extensive snagging list. The tradesmen used to build the house have paid absolutely no attention to detail to even basic building work with slap dash finishing inside & out.
Trying to get Rowland Homes to schedule any work to be done is a constant battle with excuse after excuse from onsite staff. Not only have we had numerous replacement site managers who mostly have shown little to no interest at all, we now have an on site customer care manager who has so far shown the same level of interest as the rest. Complete chaos, no shows, no communication, no action. Constantly having to chase for updates & being fobbed off.
As for the Customer Care team at head office, there is no proactive support or assistance from them to try to get things completed.
What should have been a lovely new home continues to be a complete disappointment & I see no end to it. The time spent trying to get the builders to do what is merely their job & to a good standard is a constant frustration & I would not recommend Rowland homes to anyone.

Moving into our new home has been a pleasurable experience, largely due to the outstanding service we received from Rowland Homes throughout the entire process. Stephen is an exemplary, caring, and friendly professional sales executive nothing is to much trouble..... he has a strong interpersonal and communication skills, his products knowledge is exceptional. He is always on hand to answer any questions we may have. He is a credit to Rowland Home. Our house is beautiful finished to the highest standard.
We are great full for the professionalism attentiveness and genuine care shown by the Rowland team. Site manager Sam a long with Luke her trusted right hand are always there to give us guidance should the need arise.

After living on Jubilee Gardens for the last 9 months I can honestly say that everything has been great with the house. We have had no issues since our snags were dealt with as soon as we moved in. Steven in the site office has always been on hand, helpful and very knowledgeable if we have had to ask any questions. We also love the area of Euxton which has great facilities, local transport and supermarkets with easy access whilst still having a village feel.

Sean the site manager was unbelievably helpful and tended to our every need at the drop of a hat. Heard many horror stories about new builds and communications with the developer but that has been a dream moving in and having someone as helpful as Sean around.

Since we completed and on our home demo, Tony,Shaun & George have been absolutely on the ball about snagging list and getting it sorted ASAP! It was all done within a week of completion and to a high standard! They have been supportive ever since too! No Major issues with the house just little snags!

Drainage in properties is terrible, have had theee water leaks in 3 different areas. One downstairs from the toilet and 2 upstairs from different bathrooms, water through ceilings. Disgraceful craftsmanship and poor quality housing. Looking to move out of a Roland home.

Damage to my property 4 times in the last 2 months from builders now I have a load of scaffolding poles across my new plants and killing my tree, I have spoke to them with no joy so I have complain on here to get there attention.

In March of this year we first visited Heritage Park in Garstang and met Andrew Rhodes in the Sales Office. Little did we realise that 9 months later we would have been in our new house for 5 weeks. The whole journey with its ups and downs was supported by Andrew every step of the way. He made what can be a very stressful journey so much easier. We are very pleased with the high standard of our new house and would recommend viewing Rowland Homes at any time.

We have recently bought a house through Rowland Homes. We have bought a place on Richmond point and it is beautiful. Pete and Shaun have been fantastic sorting out the snags that we have which is common with any new build. My family and I am so happy with our forever home.

So having now lived here on Richmond Point for the last 18 months all in all it’s been a wonderful decision.
The moving in was straight forward, the snag list was only a small one and taken care of quickly and smoothly.
Anything that has cropped up has been dealt with quickly by Pete the site foreman and now by Shaun.
All the Tradesmen have been courteous and polite especially Steve the carpenter whose work is first class.
Yes we had to accept some dirty roads when still building close by but everyone did their best and the road sweeper was around many times.
Lovely development to live on.

I recently moved into a Rowland Homes build a year ago, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Good attention to detail and craftsmanship throughout the house, you expect pages of snags when you buy a new build but of the snags picked up by surveyors, all were minor that were sorted very quick. I want to mention specifically Assistant Site Manager Peter for his exceptional commitment; he consistently went above and beyond to address any concerns or queries promptly. His dedication very much enhanced the overall positive experience of settling into my new home.
It it werent for the amazing experience with Pete and his support during and after build it’s be 4 stars, only because of experience at point of sale (not during build), the mandated 30 days to complete (which normally takes around 40 days) isn’t possible and I was told by head office if I didn’t sort it the property would be put back on the market. Not a stressful experience unique to me but that was litterally the only issue I had.
Loving the house, the support and the neighbours 🙂
