Waste of money

Waste of money, false advertising as doesn't do what it is supposed to. Trying to return but not getting any answers on phone or via email. Well that's money lost, will read up on reviews more thoroughly next time.

Having to reset it every 2 days as says…

Having to reset it every 2 days as says not connected to app. Several times it has not initialised when on timed start so has not charged. Have got to the point where I have to go outside and check it has started charging OK.

Appalling service

Appalling service. Opened account and cannot log on. Say they are sending med a link to log on, doesnt arrive. Cannot talk to anyone, in a que for 45 mins, still not answered. Wohn't use them again

Excellent service from all at Richmond Point

Richmond Point.
Excellent service from all, sales team to the tradesmen installing and fixing things. Yes there were things wrong, snags, after we moved in, but site foremen ensured the relevant trades sorted the problems swiftly and professionally. All trades being respectful of our new home, boots off, tidying up after themselves. No problem too small and still available to answer or fix any issues we may have.

Ordering online is a nightmare

Ordering online is a nightmare. Website doesn't work, then you have to start again. Took 6 attempts to order. They give you a telephone number to phone fir technical problems, only during office hours, really! They give you a complaint form, can't use if you haven't an invoice number. Round in circles. Rubbish.

Picked up a bbq ordered online. Helpful staff assisting me putting it in the car and advising on the gas bottle I required and got there and then. Excellent service.

Ordered an outdoor security camera…

Ordered an outdoor security camera which arrived promptly.... however when I tried to set it up it didn't work. No power getting to the unit. Web chat to Hughes and they sent a replacement, arrived before there estimated time, 2 days, swapped and worked first go. Very satisfied with the service from Hughes, only dropped a star because first unit arrived defective.

Parcel left in open

Parcel left in open, visable from street. On website says parcel was signed for by wife, we were both out shopping!! The signature is clearly FORGED by the delivery driver. Can I complain to Hermes... NO email address bounced back as no longer in use and doesn't give an updated one and no answer by phone. RUBBISH n ever again,,,, do not trust them.

It works

It works. Gives heat and hot water but seems to take a long time for hot water to get to taps. My old boiler had hot water at upstairs taps in about 15-20seconds. This new one 40-60 seconds. This may be due to how it's set up. Apart from that no issues.
