Disappointing quality and customer care

Moved into Levens view January 2014.
House build decent ish quality. Finish and materials is poor and low end, could never be called “luxury”. Kitchen diner design is poor and pokey.
Detached garages are single skin, damp and cannot be used to store anything.
Snags still not fixed 1 year after move in. House was filthy when we moved in, and clearly not finished.
Landscaping of communal areas is just a pile of rubble.
Customer services do not respond to emails.
There is also a very high turnover of management on the site and therefore no continuity of service.

Another company that puts profits over anything else

Send you too much, don’t tell you when they’re going to send something. Overpriced. Can’t get hold of them when you need to.
Deliberately trap you in expensive subscriptions.
Drugs themselves are cheaper to buy elsewhere.

Treat customers with utter contempt

Switched to BT from sky to save a bit of money. Within DAYS of me joining they hike their prices. Not even apologetic, treat their customers with utter contempt.

Not worth the hassle anymore

Introduced payment for returns this month and did not make it clear. I had been using and returning things with them for years.
Be warned if you need to return things it costs you a lot. A pair of shoes recorded delivery cost me £11.
It means I will not be using them anymore.

Not worth the money

Bought a long sleved polo off them, reduced from 90 to 60. Literally fell apart at the seams the first time I wore it.
In general the quality of stuff is no better than primark, but a lot more expensive.
Customer service was also poor, I had to buy all the packaging, pay for recorded delivery, find a printer to the print the return slip, download the slip off their website. All hassle I could do without because Ted baker think they can get away with low quality stuff at inflated prices.

Shambolic

Sent the wrong item with the wrong addressee on the return form.
Believe the bad review and don't chance using this website as you well end up with hassle of returning items and trying to claim refunds.
