No care

Our parcel looked like the driver had used it as a football, all bashed in.
Considering it was fresh flowers and said so on the outside of the box, you’d think more care would have been taken.

If I could Give zero I would

If I could Give zero I would, we have lived in our Rowlands home for nearly 6 years now.

We have easily spent over £10,000 fixing issues they had zero interest in correcting.
Tried contacting so so much about issues, they were never interested in fixing things correctly only cheaply! Or they flat out ignored us like they’re ignoring our entire estate at the minute, 6 years. Still no roads, still fixing their workman ship and now they’ve raised ironworks and left them for weeks so now with all the rain everything is flooding, best bit is they’re ignoring everyone again.

In regards to the road we’re currently in the process of carrying out the remedial work needed before the roads are completed with our contractors, we are looking to update all residents ASAP by letter re the progress of the roads.
