Any potential customers be warned this company is listed as fraudulent

To whom it may concern, I ordered an item from this company on October 31st 2024 to date it is November 30th 2024 I have received no information on shipping delivery date etc never received a confirmation email regarding purchase and payment on October 31st 2024 I receive confirmation from my banking institution money was taken out instantly after placing order money on October 31st 2024 yet when I go tap on the item ordered is still stating order placed and awaiting payment what sort of nonsense is this, didn't do my research on this company they're listed as fraudulent I have filed a complaint with the internet fraud division also with the international cyber crimes division , finally filed the dispute with my banking institution NOTE check the reviews before you purchase anything from this company ,

if I had would have saw that they were listed as fraudulent beware of this company do not purchase anything .Any customer that has been hoodwinked by this scam company we must file complaints and do due diligence to put companies like this one is not allowed to do business on any internet site we must strive to put them out of business do your due diligence ! Note : once I realized it was a situation with this company I tried to contact them to no avail no contact information available via email SMH for being so trusting do your research then you will never order from this company !!!! Don't let the nice presentation of the clothing fool you as it did me you will be Hoodwinked and bamboozled in a word Okaywear company is ( FRAUDULENT ) To any potential customers don't be fooled like I was the pictures in the advertisement or deceptive check the reviews there are more negative than positive the positive ones are FAKE FAKE you've been warned don't be fooled just like I was now I'm in litigation to get my funds returned also note there is no phone number to contact them I should have known better but I did not do my due diligence ! REMEMBER CHECK All REVIEWS we as consumers company like this one OKAYWEAR must be thrown off the web and not to be free to advertise anywhere on the internet ! Truly annoyed customer .--- Addressing the nonsense in your reply your company and myself and the agencies that I've sent your fraudulent information to we know the real deal ,I gave you two choices return my funds or send the item immediately again to any potential customers don't walk from this site run check the reviews MONEY RETURNED

DO NOT BUY From this company it's a fake fake…

DO NOT BUY From this company it's a FRAUD my stupidity for not checking regarding this company their liars and thieves I ordered something October 1st have not received it when you contact the company there's one excuse after another why I have not received it I filed a claim with their internet fraud division I will not let them get away with taking $154 from me can't stated enough do not buy from this company it's a fraudulent company and everything they will tell you is a lie again you've been WARNED for everyone that has ordered something for this company I have not received it please file a claim with the internet fraud division let's work on putting them out of business !!!!!! Note : I have also contacted Facebook and Google to let them know about this company they have under there umbrella they're fakes asking them to remove them from selling anything on Facebook or Google it's my mission to shut them down they are FAKE also filed a complaint with the FBI they handle international cyber crimes against consumers again we must shut them down as I said prior don't buy anything from this company you want to get scammed as I was

It's wonderful to have a website such as yours where one can vent to let everyone know about not reputable websites

It was wonderful to find you guys so one can vent when there are non reputable websites online such as lightinthebox.com there not to be trusted any potential customer to this site don't let what's happening to me happen to you they will take your money and just blatantly steal it when you request a refund after flowering all their procedures I can't States strongly enough steer clear of it Again your website Trustpilot is wonderful ! Your truly needed to put websites like LightInTheBox or notice , by far the worst website I've dealt with hands down shame on you LightInTheBox.com thank you so much for being here sincerely Thomas Watson , just updating my review & this is most important the item I ordered from that horrible website lightinthebox.com so was browsing through the web found another site that have the same item for $40.99 cheaper so that's the reason previous order was canceled ever since the cancellation I was getting nothing but the run-around from customer service now as it stands can't be reached . So tell me what is there left to think after I received an email stating my order was canceled then LightInTheBox still took the funds for my bank account even across the pond it's known as STEALING , Light in the Box Don't think I'm going to roll over and play dead not going to happen. Any Watchdog website taking reviews on Great or non reputable companies on a website I will take every opportunity to let all consumers know your company can't be trusted !! Remember if you're just browsing the web and LightInTheBox pops up X immediately you don't want to be going through any unnecessary grief about getting your money refunded to you ! Again steer clear of this company

Worst website ever stay clear of it lightinthebox.com

To whom it may concern I wouldn't have even thought of giving this company 1 *but I need to do so to reach their review board worst online experience I've ever had !! Ordered an item from lightinthebox.com on the same date order was placed I canceled it within 40 minutes I have gotten the runaround from customer service now the customer service link can be found anyone that's thinking ordering anything from LightInTheBox. Com don't do it just don't do it you will be quite disappointed in customer service many replies from customer service stating my order was successfully canceled any my refund would be forthcoming to this day I have not received it yet and to top it all off after correspondence with customer service via email that again order was successfully canceled and the following day LightInTheBox remove the funds from my bank account ! this is not a reputable website steer clear of it . I should have knew better when there was not a phone number to contact customer service I can't state strong enough steer clear this company just in case you did not get the name , again the website is lightinthebox.com steer clear of it
