Very customer oriented
Ordered a backpack about 6 months ago and unfortunately the zipper on the front pocket broke recently. After I filed for a reclamation, it was approved within 24 hours. I returned the backpack, and they sent me a brand new one within days. A very positive experience overall, would recommend!
