I ordered a backpack from Kapten & Son during their birthday sale and it was a nice discount to start with. Delivery was delayed due to an increase orders they weren't expecting - they sent me information about it and to be fair the delay was only a few days, and once I received it they sent me an email apologising and with a voucher for a future purchase. The backpack I bought, was perfect for what I needed, lot's of storage space, and keeping everything organised which is what I needed as usually my backpacks are a mess and I can never find anything. Love the product, and it looks professional and I thought they had great customer service.

The service provided was excellent from the first initial check to the installation. The customer service was outstanding. Quick, timely and I’m really happy with the service and the product!
