MISREPRESENTED SERVICE AVOID

Unacceptable service by Rachel and Maryann.

I’ve signed up for this service for more than 1 year with the assumption that all parts of the service are available for me.

Only 2 weeks ago I received mail and need to view it. They then requested me to sign a notarized form and through this process they revealed that they cannot support Indonesian citizens. Why wasn’t this flagged during the sign up??

Now they refused to refund me the amount paid to date claiming I had 30 days at the initial period to cancel.

Horrible, a scam and completely unprofessional. STAY AWAY!

Hi Virginia,

The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf. If they are not completed, you will still be able to use the address for your business without the mail function. That is why your account was charged, whether or not you file the Form 1583. Many customers use our addresses this way.

We noticed the country of the Photo ID given did not match the country of the Address ID. The countries must match for the form to be approved. Our services are not yet available in all countries, but we are continually expanding and hope to add more countries in the future.

The worst customer support by Amine!!

The worst customer support by Amine!!

I got a backpack ordered with the promise of a certain delivery date that was published in writing on their website. The bag didn’t come in time and I left the country.

I asked them for a refund to cancel and it was such a ridiculous process of them blaming DHL. So maybe don’t advertise certain delivery, under deliver and then blame someone else?

1 month later I want to get this bag again but last time was at a big discount during their birthday sale. Asked Amine if he can issue the same coupon and he said no.

I don’t understand how some companies have zero understanding of customer service and just basic common sense. Stay away!

Wrongfully deactivated business account!

After several years of using Wise, Hector Ortiz decided to deactivate my business account with zero notice.

They claimed my business is dissolved which is completely incorrect.

I have 2,000 euros in the balance which is now missing with no timeframe on when they will reinstate my account or send the funds.

Reached out to customer support, Laura P who is incredibly unhelpful and provided no solution.

Get a grip guys! In what world can you just close accounts without notice and steal people’s money??

Horrible product and even worst service

The product did not work for me at all and then I found out returns are not free. So they are advertising "100 day money back guarantee" but turns out that doesn't include shipping costs. Customer support agents were incredibly robotic and unhelpful. Do NOT recommend. Waste of time, waste of money and another flight with neck pain.

Disgusted by their customer support

Disgusted by their customer support. I bought my sister a WHOOP as gift and firstly they sleazily tie you into a 12 month membership paid upfront. They had the fine print in a tiny font to trick people.

The best part? They sent her a faulty device that couldn't be activated. 2 weeks of back and forth and still nothing.

Each email takes more than 2-3 days to reply and the replies are unhelpful, robotic and the kind that makes you want to switch to other wearables.

Nice marketing - horrible customer experience.
