I like reviewing on Trustpilot because I feel that I can actually trust them! Whenever I am looking for products I always look at Trustpilot reviews because they're genuine, usually very helpful and informative. I don't feel that I'm being given irrelevent, biased or unhelpful information.

I recently had a very pleasant shopping experience at Kapten and Sons. My daughter needed a good backpack and it is extremely well made, lots of space and pockets, really light and comes with a protective bag. It folds over for extra space when you need it.Unfortunately, due to a delivery problem completely beyond Kapten's control, my order was delayed. Amine answered my messages promptly, politely and efficiently. I am looking forward to browsing and hopefully purchasing some more items from Kapten.I feel that there are several companies that could learn a lot from Kapten's fantastic service! Very impressed!

My husband and I have banked with first direct for over 20 years and they have always given us impeccable service. Whenever we have phoned to ask questions or to obtain information, every person that we have spoken to has been polite, extremely helpful, friendly and highly knowledgeable. We never have to wait long to speak to someone which is great!

We phoned Octopus Energy with a couple of questions and spoke to Cain who was extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. He answered all our quieries honestly and comprehensively. He didn't rush us through anything and the information that he gave us really helped.We have been with Octopus for a few years and they are by far, the best company. We have been with quite a number of energy companies in the past and Octopus really stand out. They are so easy to deal with both by phone and online.

Been with A&A now since early April after our previous provider (Cuckoo) told us they didn't want our business anymore and were transferring us to Home Telecom.Had looked at A&A a few times in recent years and noted their consistently good reviews. The new FTTP line took longer than expected to be installed but that was down to Open Reach. Had a few questions initially but all were answered quickly and efficiently. A&A may be more expensive than some other providers but as has been said many times before, you get what you pay for!

Very pleased with CHO. It's the first time that I have purchased anything from this company and my order was proccessed very efficiently. I was informed regularly regarding despatch which was very helpful. Just a head's up- I purchased a Didrikson women"s parka which is fantastic apart from the hood because they don't put pull cords in the hood so it blows off in the really windy and wet weather (which we have had a lot of!) so I've found someone to put them in for me. Customer service from CHO was very good and I would certainly recommend them.

Jonathan replied promptly to my message and was extremely helpful. I had a few quieries which he answered very quickly. As Immaculate Vegan deal with different brands he had to check the supplier for their returns window which he did quickly and came back to me immediately. Very efficient. I'm often put off sending messages to companies as there are so many who never respond so I am very happy with the treatment I have received so far.I would certainly recommend them.

I have ordered a few times now from Snapfish and have had no problems at all. I receive emails informing me of how my order is progressing and delivery is always as advised. I would certainly recommend Snapfish.

Delivery was prompt and I was kept informed which is really helpful. I bought two in different colours. The colours are true to the website images and I really like the bright blue and turquoise. They fit really well and feel and look good quality. I have not had to test them out in the rain yet. Mac in a Sac were very easy to deal with I would be very happy to recommend them to others.

The lady was friendly and efficient. A pleasure to deal with.
