After recently retiring we were looking we thought to downsize.
We currently have a David Wilson home and saw a new site we were interested in The Hawthornes.
After a visit and long chat with Tom the excellent sales advisor there we viewed several homes and other David Wilson show homes in the area.
For now we have decided not to move and not downsize but when we do we will again be purchasing a David Wilson home.
The service and expertise is second to none and the friendly knowledgeable staff are a credit to David Wilson.

Our entire experience with David Wilson has been superb, from when we initially viewed the show home right up until completion and aftercare. Giorgia at Glenvale Park was extremely helpful and always went the extra mile for us. She made the process as simple as possible and we really felt that she genuinely wanted to make buying a new home an exciting and seamless experience. We couldn't recommend David Wilson and the team at Glenvale Park enough.

We moved into a David Wilson Home, in August. The property was built in 2021. On returning from holiday a couple of weeks later we discovered a vertical tile, on the floor broken, that had fallen from the front of the house, along with a bent nail.
Although the build is over 2 years old we thought that we could contact David Wilson Homes, for assistance. It is clear that the bent nail would have meant the tile was not fixed correctly at the tiling stage.
They quoted 'although it is a defect, it is more than 2 years old'.
They therefore propose to do nothing.
What a shame that we bought the property on what we thought was quality and would have some back up from the developer for shoddy workmanship.
We now stand to be out of pocket for these repairs!

I moved into my new home at Inglewhite on Friday the 26th September and I couldn’t be more please with the house and the attention I have received from Debbie, Rob & Grant. Each time I've had an issue, such as the bath seal breaking, Doors that need re-hanging, walls needing a touch up, Plinths needing resetting due to new flooring, Rob and Debbie have been at it, they’ve solved or fixed all my issues with speed, quality and with a smile which to me shows fantastic customer focus.
Thank you for all your help making my move seem easy when everyone knows it can be a stressful time.
