If the original installation ......

If the original installation team did their job properly we would have missed out on the great service and work ethic of the customer care team. Lisa in the office is always so kind and understanding, she never makes you feel awkward about talking through what must sometimes seem like a small issue. However Lisa has a full grasp on what the home owner is going through and handles everything perfectly. When is comes to getting things fixed Lisa sends Dave. Thank Jehovah for blessing us with Dave. He approaches everything with the same love and care he would apply to his own property. " Oh Dave it's just this..." I said. "Oh no it isn't, let's get this fixed properly.... You see this is your problem.... " he said. And with that Dave sets to work. No waiting around drinking teas, he gets straight to it with his trusty tape measure and spirit level. Whilst waiting for things to dry we did manage to persuade Dave to take on some refreshment and whilst doing so we managed a very nice conversation. Dave is so good with the customer I would swear he has a degree in Anthropology. On completion the job is perfect. In summary, whatever the company pays Dave and Lisa it isn't enough. Sincere thanks to everyone.

Rob and Nic are so generous in spirit…

Rob and Nic are so generous in spirit and helpfull. We met them at the North West Pickleball festival in Preston. They were quite happy to take as much time as needed in order to select the correct Paddle. I cant thank them enough.

Alana Beach, Croatia. Superb

This was our first time with Neilson and its fair to say on reflection it has to be one of the best holidays we have ever had. Our thanks go to Client services manger Ethan and the whole team. It seems that genuinley at the heart of everything they do is customer service. We always like to give marks out of ten. My wife and I gave this a 8+ Why, well because nobody gets a ten as things normally fall off a cliff after that. Sadly the call centre let the resort team down a little with their poor communication and also the awful on hold music. The app is a bit clunky and it would benefit with a direct link to reviews. That aside we had a great holiday and will definatley return.

Review of P&O Cruises

My first ever cruise at 67

My first ever cruise at 67. I always said I would " rather stick pins in my eyes ". At long last my wife got her way and Iam so happy she did.
The Iona is a great ship. Slight downside is that it felt like being in the Trafford Centre but on the whole it was a great experience. I framed it in my mind as being a floating 5 star hotel with a different view every day. My wife booked a Mini Conservatory suite which was lovely with a few added nice touches.
The staff are amazing and evrything works on board.
I think I'm hooked

Great service

With this particular problem Lisa handled the situation perfectly ( it was never a life and death situation ) and she was very caring.
Next ..
Enter Super Dave, service with a smile and a very friendly approach and Dave still executed his mission as a total professional.
The job is yet to be completed but that's not down to Dave.
All in all I can't fault the Dave/Lisa service.

Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish. Sadly they couldn't fix my ECU but gave me options. They supplied a new one which fitted exactly how it should. Re connect the battery and happy days life is good again.

Excellent customer service

Starting with my call to Aime my experience with Keylite customer care could not have been any better. Aime was kind and has a lovely manner on the phone (it is so rare to actually speak to a person these days) she could not have been any better, a true asset to Keylite. Lee the enginer who did our home visit, well what a lovely, lovely man. He never at any point made us feel rushed and took his time explaining things and going over everything in detail.
Keylite would do well to hang on to these two customer facing people as they are refreshingly good at handle customers.
The only reason I have left 4 stars and not 5 is because we wont know until the spring if the problem is finally solved.

I got a delivery date and time

I got a delivery date and time. The day before delivery was due I got a txt msg to say the item was out of stock.
On delivery day the driver called to say he would be with mein 20 -40 minutes. I questioned him as to the previous msg. He confirmed he had the item.
An hour later I got another msg to say the item could not be delivered and they would contact me.
I called the company and they said they would investigate and come back to me within 24 -48 hours.
Two days later I got a msg to say they had attempted to deliver the item at a given time. Total BS to be honest and talk about the left hand not knowing what lies the right hand is talking about.
I have requested a refund as I will purchase elswhere.
No further esponse and so now its over to the credit card company.

Training needs improving.

I always like my visit. However I would say the training of the staff could be greatly improved. I would stress that it is not the fault of the staff who once engaged with are always very nice. Perhaps the trainers need to look at themselves. Having presented my Purchase for processing the first words out of the mouth of the staff is "Name" ( note not asked as a question, more of a statement. "Postcode" "House number" and so it goes on until I ask why? Now I have engagement we make progress. If a slight improvement was made in the shape of " So I can add this to your account could I take your name and some further details ?" Then i am sure Toolstation would get 5 Stars

Jacob was super helpful

Jacob. Super helpful member of the team. Offered guidance on the benefits of various bags. As pricing on the shelves wasn't accurate he was only to happy to go and scan the item at the checkout. He was polite at all times.
The company model of overpricing in order to get you to join a 12 months member scheme for £5 is a bit cheesy to be fair.

Great service

I purchased a new fire tray to replace one that had lasted 16 years, the pricing was very competitive, Chris handled my call and was really nice to deal with and super helpful.

The fire tray came quicker than expected which was refreshing. It was as described and fitted as a direct replacement.

I am more than happy to refer anyone to Fires 2 U for a 10/10 experience from start to finish.

We're very sorry you're not getting the best connection, this isn't what we like to hear.

There are so many things that can influence a WiFi connection some of which include but are not limited to, a fish tank being in the same room, walls being built with concrete instead of brick, it could even be that your next-door neighbour’s router is interfering with yours. Due to this, we are only able to offer limited help. Please have a look here: https://virg.in/wifisos

The Hub's location could also be causing the coverage problem, so we do need to check the positioning of it. Can you please ensure the following

Out in the open
Next to the TV not behind it
Away from large bodies of water (e.g., fish tanks)
Away from baby monitors and cordless phones
Away from microwaves

Think of the Hub as a radio, and WiFi as the sound - the further away you are from the radio, or the more obstacles that are in the way (walls, electronic devices etc.), the quieter the radio & the poorer the WiFi.
