If the original installation team did their job properly we would have missed out on the great service and work ethic of the customer care team. Lisa in the office is always so kind and understanding, she never makes you feel awkward about talking through what must sometimes seem like a small issue. However Lisa has a full grasp on what the home owner is going through and handles everything perfectly. When is comes to getting things fixed Lisa sends Dave. Thank Jehovah for blessing us with Dave. He approaches everything with the same love and care he would apply to his own property. " Oh Dave it's just this..." I said. "Oh no it isn't, let's get this fixed properly.... You see this is your problem.... " he said. And with that Dave sets to work. No waiting around drinking teas, he gets straight to it with his trusty tape measure and spirit level. Whilst waiting for things to dry we did manage to persuade Dave to take on some refreshment and whilst doing so we managed a very nice conversation. Dave is so good with the customer I would swear he has a degree in Anthropology. On completion the job is perfect. In summary, whatever the company pays Dave and Lisa it isn't enough.
