I had a great experience purchasing a new DWH at Kingsgate Abingdon. We were able to do a part exchange for our new home. Dawn, the marketing representative, was excellent with her communication, and we were offered some fantastic incentives. After the handover, Kerry took great care of us. The part-exchange process was smooth, and we received the keys to our new home faster than we had anticipated.

Highly recommended to anyone. I've used their services twice for purchasing a home. Guy Horsey and Catherine were good at communication. My recent purchase was completed on time without any delay.

Been with them since 19th August 2025. Found them as one of the reliable ISPS on the OFNL providers list. I was a little hesitant as I moved from Openreach and could not find any mainstream providers. But I can guarantee that these guys are absolutely amazing, from placing the order to getting the connection activated. The internet speeds are as advertised and haven't faced any issues so far.

My go-to place for MOT and service. The service experience was top-notch. The person at the reception was communicative. The service station guys thoroughly inspected and provided suggestions for major and minor issues.

I've been with them for three years. The service is good at the beginning, but eventually the speeds start dropping. Just a heads-up for anyone wanting to break the contract or move house within the fixed term: you'll be required to pay the remaining balance for early termination, even if they don't cater to the new address. For this reason, I'd recommend Virgin Media, as they won't charge anything if they cannot provide service in your new area.

The first delivery of salts, Utter disappointment. It was delivered to the wrong house. I'm chasing DHL and Harvey since this afternoon. But there is no progress.!

I had one of these units installed in Oxford. The technician, Richard Checkley was spot on. I didn't have any clue about the whole setup until the technician explained the whole installation procedure. The fit and finish are top-notch. It took less than 3 hrs to install the whole setup. I'd give a Five-star service.
