Have been trying to get my tumbler dryer repaired since March under the policy I had. Appreciate that we had lock down but terrible trying to contact them, can't get through to Customer Services, long waits for appointments. Four service visits from June to October, engineers said fault repaired. Within 3 mins of using the machine after each visit, the same fault keep showing. The fault has not been repaired. So unhappy with the service. Wonder how good the engineers are. Not at all happy with the service. Cancelling my policy, not worth the paper it printed on and would not buy a Hotpoint product again or take out a repair policy plan. Total waste of time and a terrible customer experience. Avoid at all cost
