Always fast to respond when we set the alarm off by accident. So I know its being monitored at all times. Easy to use console and friendly service.

Heather, you are an awesome communicator and put us at ease about your company system and service. You made us feel very comfortable and at ease. Scheduled appointments were all on time, with a confirming phone call and/or text or email.
High compliments to the installer, Tamim, who was professional, very courteous, and made sure we were fully comfortable with all the “bells and whistles” of the system.

We were having a little trouble with the system so called and were given an appointment with a technician within a couple days. Tamim kept us informed as to his arrival time and fixed our problem quickly and was very pleasant to deal with!

Amazing company. Dealing with them for 15 years and still going. Best management and best customer service.

The good:
Sales process was good.
Follow up for insurance docs was easy.
The app is great.
The console has one-touch arming.

The not so good:
The sensors are too sensitive. Had 2 techs come back to re-install. They wanted to drill new holes in my wall without repatching the existing drilled holes.

Overall good so far - I've had it for about 6 months.

From the moment I spoke with Katie she was amazing and extremely informative. The installer was exceptional and the company continues to impress us with their ability to help in any way they can . I highly recommend using this company.

Just had Hardeep Saini install our new security system. He was very thorough in his explanation of the keypad and sensors. He installed the entire system including a few extra components within an hour. I'd be happy to have him back again. Our sales rep Anas was also very knowledgeable and set my mind at ease after a terrible experience with API after there recent takeover of Bell home security. Thank you CSP

We dropped into the office without an appointment and totally unannounced—we were welcomed right away. Chelsee asked how she could help us. We explained I was looking for a security system for my home. Chelsee clearly outlined the options and costs and the rest is history. The security system was installed in my home within a week or so and I couldn’t be happier. The technician was excellent. He was professional, patient and he obviously cared about his job. I would highly recommend Canadian Security Professionals.

I had my system installed exactly a week ago. I had an alarm go off tonight. I called the company, quite worried, and waited 5 minutes to speak with someone. When I did, she told me that it was a glass break, but she had no idea which area was breached as she didn't have the corresponding numbers. She said she couldn't help me. I could go down to the basement and see if someone broke in or she could call the police, but if it was not a breach, I would be charged by the police for the call ($215 where I live). She said that often when the alarm goes off it is because of a noise, but I was sitting here watching TV when it happened. She said I could wait until tomorrow to call the office, when it opens, to find out what area was breached. Really? I paid A LOT of money for the comfort of knowing I was safe, and that someone was waiting at the other end of the phone if a problem happened. Now I have a 3 year contract with this company for a system that either doesn't work and/or the phone is manned by an unconcerned person on an emergency line. So much for the comfort of being able to sleep at night! How exactly is this safe?

I wish there were a way to update the entry. The company got in touch with me and we are working on a solution. The manager spent an hour on the phone with me and made a real effort to create a safe environment for me. I'll keep you updated, but I'm hoping that this all works out, with a few updates and tweak to the system.

Awful awful experience!!!! Never ever sign this contract. Worst decision I’ve ever made. They won’t let out of it either and I’m a single mom with low income. Made a huge mistake by getting into this contract.
