Absolutely love my front and rear gardens which have been transformed by Ash. Friendly, reliable and knowledgeable ensuring all aspects of my requirements were met and with great attention to detail too. Wood fencing and bin storage, new patio and existing one relayed, rockery planted and finished off with purple slate, sleepers laid and raised planted area completed. Both low maintenance areas for me to sit in, relax and enjoy. Highly recommend the professional services of AJ Garden & Landscapes

The people are all very lovely but the work they did was subpar. We paid for a full end of tenancy clean with carpet cleaning and curtain cleaning. They absolutely 100% did not steam clean the carpets. All they did was vacuum.

As for the curtains, they cleaned some but not all and then didnt bother to tell me they hadn't cleaned them. I had to reach out to them and then got a long winded response about how I could take them down and wash them myself. Thats not what we agreed on, not what I paid for, and not how a company should operate.

None of the rooms were completely cleaned. I had to re-clean the entire kitchen including the tile grout, all of the cabinets, the fridge, the hob, and the floors.

At the end of the day it was just a waste of money because I'll have to find someone else to clean the property properly for my landlord.

Overall the work they did was satisfactory but other companies have been tidier and did not leave petrol residue on my driveway! Also he decided to stand on my garden box to cut a tree rather than use ladders. When challenged he told me that the garden box had a ‘small hole’ in from the tree he had cut down. I get it, damage occurs, but the hole isn’t that small which I found when I checked later that night, and when challenged about repair I have had no reply. No surprise to the lack of response, but I would expect honesty without being prompted to tell me about damage whilst at my property and also a reply to my message. Not even an apology. His work did the job for this year (tidying my hedges) but won’t use again and wouldn’t recommend. I used Redwood last year who were no more expensive and a lot better workmanship - it’s not always a case of you get what you pay for.

Excellent company, 5 star job on new garden gate from start to finish, great communication can't recommend enough
