We were having a little trouble with the system so called and were given an appointment with a technician within a couple days. Tamim kept us informed as to his arrival time and fixed our problem quickly and was very pleasant to deal with!

On September 26 I did a top up , order number # GSDXLP 005158Y. $36.79 was charged to my Visa but I didn’t receive the promised email confirming that the top up actually went through.
