Alliance Security puts immigrants at great risk
Alliance Security covers a few small temporary homeless shelters near Boston that run only in the coldest months. Recently one of their security guards stood outside on a 7 degree evening in winter, making all those in line stand out as well. She was unable to locate the key to enter. When she located a small lock box attached to the railing the reporter named Jane Doe for this review was standing on the wheel chair ramp with her wheeled carriage, having arrived early to get in before the crowd. The security guard named E. had on no clothing or emblems to identify herself, she was dressed in her street clothes, she walked up to Jane Doe whose carriage was near the railing on the ramp, and in very cold and demanding voice told her to "move". When Jane Doe told her there was a line, only then did E. say she was "staff". E. who still had not identified herself as Alliance Security, but only "staff" then without any words, turned so her back side was directed to Jane Doe's carriage, without asking, or waiting, while Jane Doe had her hands on the carriage handle bar, E. with directed force pushed the carriage with her backside with great force, such that the impact was felt by Jane Doe in her hands and the carriage would have hit her body if she did not move away as fast as she could. E. the Alliance Security staff continued, even after Jane Doe stepped back with hands in the air to both make clear she was not touching the carriage during the attack and to remove herself from being assaulted by the carriage which he would have e hit her. Yet E. still had her back side to the carriage pushing it. This would all be in the security cameras.
E. did not say a word looked at Jane Doe and began to bend over to look at the locked box which held the key to enter the building. E. began to harass Jane Doe verbally, Jane Doe stepped back again with arms in the air and said to E. " you are looking to make trouble" and only then after that was said very loudly so others could hear only then was E. hesitant.
E. later made people stand out in the coldest temps in New England all winter, denying entry to a small area they could have used to wait in, offered by other security and staff. As people waited E. opened the door and spoke only in Spanish to all those in line, knowing Jane Doe could not speak Spanish. She ordered people to repackage all their items in 7 degree weather instead of waiting until they entered.
When a supervisor arrived, E. knew she had done something quite wrong, and became very conciliatory with precision toward Jane Doe. Later she returned to her previous manner and continued for the next few days. E. has said out right she will not speak English to Jane Doe and will not give her instructions necessary to carry the entry procedures for the shelter.
In previous years the Alliance Security did the security for this temporary homeless site, and there have been issues before similar.
A more serious and real problem is this, currently people from Hispanic backgrounds are in the midst of being targeted by certain members of the US government. In Massachusetts the governor has been willing to blame all the crimes in homeless shelters on Hispanic immigrants, and is formally designing programs to block access to homeless shelters for immigrants. When this women who speaks Spanish and English, chooses to only speak to those who speak Spanish, she creates a very damaging cascade effect. Any official report to authorities damages Hispanics as a group and she leads the Hispanics who need a homeless shelter to be at risk.
These actions become political, and Alliance is tampering with the safety of those they are hired to keep safe, The staff of the program who run the shelter have not been reliable or safe either.

I wish I could give a negative star for this review! I am a bus driver and have weekly large groups of all school aged children coming to visit the JFK, Edward Kennedy museum. Today my group leader called ahead of our appointment to verify the procedures and parking and was told to park in the bus parking lot assigned for museums, not more than 10 minutes I had a security guard banging on my window telling me to get out ! I told him I had 50 kids visiting the museum and was told to park here and he said”I personally don’t care you need to leave and proceeded to chase me out in a 46000 lb motor coach! This was a very disrespectful employee and shouldn’t be working with the public!
Welfare don't feed my kids
Quit harassing me because I do not want $16/hr as family employment being a security guard. I paid, passed and all background reports are returned "nothing reportable." I'm a private citizen and might have to sue them for misuse of my personal identifiable data.

Lies and lies is all you get from this company. They will lure u in 5 years agreement without telling u, they will keep charging u every month even of u dont have a service working. They will cancel appointments on u without telling u, or technician just wont show up. They never answer or call u back when u need them, they will argue with u and will never try to make it up for their shady business. Worst ever.! They only want ur money!

Hands down the worst company ever to do survice. They are a scam. They sign u up for 5 yrs contract without u knowing. Then it goes on your credit report. They take money for instulation and never show up or refund you back. Lies after lies. They customer service are the shadiest people out there. They survive on scamming money from people. Do not go thru this company and if you do I told u so.

The equipment was not properly monitored and I had a failure to dispatch the police. I immidiatly canceled and needed to pay a fee to cancel + contract costs.

First let me say that 1 star is too much. In 2019 we bought a security system from this company. When installation was completed a few things that we were promised (yard sign and window decals) were never delivered. Today I have spent 2 hours trying every number published as well as the numbers I had on past emails to get in touch with these people. NOTHING! Every number I had or found was busy, the email address I had was no longer effective. The best part was that they aren’t even listed on the BBB site.

Installing it went well and am happy with it but I have a few things to complain about. I never hear from you of my experience(alarm.com was on my computer but after awhile, it got taken off as my virus protector did so as it was spam mail) and for the 3rd time, my weather update on the panel doesn't work. A tech helped me the first time, second time, I sent you an email(and tried calling..nothing!!) and a few hours later, it worked. As of this morning, nothing!! Can you keep this problem from happening?? I had Brinks beforehand and never had this problem. I even had "amber alerts" and a severe weather siren with Brinks as you would with Wifi. Help me again!! Lesley Toft-Jones P.S. What extension number can I call for this in the future or for any other concerns??

I had the pleasure of having Leon Shackelford, as my sales representative. He was very informational and patient with my order. He answered any question and concerns I had. He even took the time to patch me straight through to a scheduler, who was just as kind as him. I was impressed with the customer service. As you know when customer service is great the service from the tech. is "ify" or so I thought. On tuesday morning I received call from the scheduler, she said. The tech. Tom Harris schedule has change and he is free at 10am which was not a good time for me because of my work. i would have to stick to the time but I was also impressed with the speediness in response to the changes. As the day went on i arrived late and was about 15. Minutes away from the house when my husband called. He said did you knew and I am on my way. He saw money while I saw protection. When i arrived Tom greeted me the same way he did with my husband. We talked about the information, protection, setup and paymemt. The payment may i add was not at all what i was expecting. I never knew that it could be so affordable. I was pleased how Tom was able to install and even clean the area after installation. He was friendly from the time he entered the property, with my animals and kids. This was an overall best experience and bang for my buck no doubt. Service this good pays for itself when the product you are buying is an investment all around to the whole family. It is nothing to knowing you've extended your protection and family with people who don't just work but care about the work that they do. Impressed to the max.

Never was told about the contract options, the extra service charges not included ie. Ring monitoring, Arlo monitoring. They broke my digital doorbell. I did not get the cameras I was told I'd be receiving. Even, after admitting knowledge of other customer complaints about Mr. Magana, Alliance still did not make the contracts or services right. They tried to tie me into a longer contract and make me pay extra for the cameras I didn't get at install. No skybell

I would like to thank Leon Shackelford at alliance security company for talking me into upgrading my 22 year old security system. Now my house has updated smoke alarms, CO detector, and several cameras. Dwight the technician had a big job figuring all my circuits. 1 circuit was not even in my panel, it was installed in back one of my key pads. He just never gave up. Dwight was very precessional with my wife and I, he set up our phones at the end and taught us all the functions. That was a task training us! Also a shout out to Leon coming through with setting our home up within 2 days of talking me into this nice security system. We are very pleased with these new features,camera and notification etc . Best thing also I can get ride of my home phone that we only had used for old security system. Thank you Alliance Security.

Back on September 23, I was contacted to upgrade my hardwired security system to a more dated system that provides remote activation and video monitoring. I had been a 20 customer of protection one with a system that I owned and paid only for monitoring. Monitoring cost was a big factor for me along with customer satisfaction. I decided to give customer representative, Leon Shackleford, an opportunity to earn by business. It took over 30 days to get my system installed and issues resolved. I experienced problems from scheduling to technicians not familiar with the new Argus Pro cameras. You name it then I experienced it. I was about to cancel the installation all together. It was the persistence of Leon and him taken ownership to see that I was a satisfied customer. I give Leon 4.5-stars and I subtracted .5 star due to scheduling issues that took place per Leon due to allowing him to schedule installation but no technicians available to perform installation. The scheduling tool and communication between installers and sales team is lacking and some improvements need to take place. As of Monday, October 28, 2019, I am Alliance Customer due to customer satisfaction commitment of Leon. I a convinced that he is a valuable customer to Alliance.

I have to say I was skeptical at first but I needed a home security. A young salesman named Leon Shackleford, really delivered. He sent a neat and professional technician named Arren who took care of business. Arren was here and done before I knew it and Alliance Security delivered what they promised with no surprises. I have a state of the art system that's easy to use and I couldn't be happier. I feel like I got so much more than I paid for and you can't say that about many things these days.
