The good and the not so good

The good:
Sales process was good.
Follow up for insurance docs was easy.
The app is great.
The console has one-touch arming.

The not so good:
The sensors are too sensitive. Had 2 techs come back to re-install. They wanted to drill new holes in my wall without repatching the existing drilled holes.

Overall good so far - I've had it for about 6 months.

After replacing the original sensor, we swapped it to a different model in hopes that it would resolve whatever was causing the motion to trigger, allowing us to avoid relocating it since you preferred not to have new holes drilled. Our technicians are alarm specialists rather than handymen, so patching wall holes isn’t something they’re equipped to do, but they did their best to provide a solution that minimized any impact to your home.
