This was our second visit to the shop, all staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The bike service was quick, they replaced an inner tube which was reasonably priced.
I would highly recommend Balfe's Reigate.

Hi Paul,
We can only apologise to you that back in the handover of the bike in October 2023 it was not explained to you that the specification of the bike had tubeless ready rims but not tubeless ready tires.
Through our recent communication we explained that in order to make it tubeless you'd have to change the tires due to the bead being less reinforced and risk of air loss/burping.
As a gesture of goodwill for the confusion we offered to waiver the tubeless set up fee if you brought a new set of tubeless ready tires which we had ordered in for you.
Unfortunately you decided not to go through with this but we still hope you are enjoying the bike throughout this glorious summer.

I always like shopping in the Reigate…
I always like shopping in the Reigate branch. The staff are extremely helpful but please stock more extra small bikes. I usually buy if I like them. I wanted an extra small EMTB a couple of weeks ago and ended up having to buy the Cube I wanted online from another company. I really would like to be loyal to my local shop.

The guys were very busy
The guys were very busy, but they still took the time to explain me what they had to do on my bicycle and give me some good advice about problems that my bike has from the manufacturer. I appreciate the service I received and definitely recommend this shop.
