Service from Balfe’s was excellent - tried hard to source & fit accessories from Specialized.
Let down by mis-information about the bike from Specialized.
The Specialized website & manuals for the model to download are incorrect.

The staff were really helpful in selecting the bike without being pushy. They had the bike delivered and built up for me within a week and took time to check it fitted OK and give advice on tubeless tyres and Di2 shifters. A very nice experience.

My Brompton was making an horrendous squeaking noise. Other mechanics couldn’t work out where it was coming from. I took it to Balfe’s in Reigate where their mechanic Will identified the problem instantly. Part ordered and fitted in a few days. A quick once over identified that the chain needed replacing too. Top work thank you!

Lovely staff who spent time providing advice. I had a full service and necessary repairs as well as new tyres put on which enabled me to use my old mountain bike again. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Great service from Will at Balfe’s Reigate - he made a real effort to source the part my bike needed and then held onto the bike for a couple of weeks as the part took so long to arrive. Once it did arrive, the service as completed the same day. He didn’t try to sell me unnecessary work, just good honest service. Would definitely recommend and I’ll be using them again for future servicing.

I needed a particular set up on my Trek Domane, involving some alterations to the headset and internal rerouting. The Reigate store (Julien) was excellent - very patient in listening and providing a solution and never rushing a decision from me. Delighted to have taken receipt of my modified new bike, and a reason why we need independent bike shops to thrive.

Reigate. Shop floor and workshop staff, accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. Just what you want from a good bike shop.

Very pleased with the service. The frog bike I was after was in stock. The store allowed me to pay deposit then I returned later in week to pay final amount and collect the bike.
