I mistakenly ordered a duvet instead of a matress topper online. I brought the duvet back to the shop with the online delivery form and without hesitation the man I dealt with walked me down and showed me the matress topper , brought it up to the desk and did the exchange in 5 minutes. The matress topper was €10 less than the duvet and he gave me a €10 gift card. Great service

I have never had such bad customer…
I have never had such bad customer experience as Arnotts online. I have tried to call them, email them and WhatsApp them for two days now and have left messages in all three ways. Still no one has got back to me and as a result my purchase has gone to a completely different address and the AI says it’s with An Post but they don’t have it. I love Arnotts and always ask for vouchers for them as presents. I have their loyalty card. I’m so incredibly disappointed with this experience. I never want to order online with them again.

Martini glasses
When i bought a 4 set of Waterford Martini glasses there were unfortunately just three in the box.I contacted Arnotts customer service who without any delays posted the 4th glass onto me in Cork..First class customer service....thank you
Never again
Never again. Placed my very first order with multiple items and contacted customer service IMMEDIATELY after as the delivery address was incorrect. Got a reply half an hour later saying that no changes to the address can be made and the only solution is to cancel the order which I agreed to. After hours of waiting received an email that a part of my order was already shipped (1 item only) and I was charged for both the item and shipping. Contacted customer support again only to find out that they couldn’t do anything about it and advised to return the order when I receive it (How? If the address is incorrect). So I paid for shipping and item that I will probably never get :) Well done!

Charlotte Tilbury master-class
This review is for the Charlotte Tilbury counter and nowhere else in Arnotts. I can't find an option to just review Charlotte Tilbury. I attended the CT x Wink with Mink Masterclass on the 28th August. The master-class was good and the set up of the room was great. There was only 7 of us at it, I'm sure that was down to the price of it costing 75 euro. Altho, redeemable. After long deliberation I decided to go with purchasing the UV primer. The woman who did the master-class told me it was 49 for the small bottle but they had the bigger bottle on offer for 60. I chose to go with the bigger bottle. I double checked with her again before going to the till and she said yep 60. 56 was redeemable off CT. I expected to be paying 4 euro extra along with my ticket. The woman at the counter said it was 23 more. I said that girl said it was 60 and she said no it's 79, and I said but she told me twice. The girl just repeated no its 79. I asked the girl who did the master-class again did u not say this was 60 and she said oh sorry I made a mistake its 79. So I asked if I could just get the 49 eur bottle (and nothing else) and they said thought about it then they said no it has to go past 56. I chose to just go with the 23 extra on top of the ticket price as I had already spent ages trying to choose what to buy and that took ages as no products have any price on them, therefore, each time I was interested in something I had to find a worker and ask them for the price. Of course they were busy with other people asking the same. It would be better for both staff and customers if the prices were there for everyone to see. I was disappointed as I like the CT brand but felt if I had 56 eur to redeemable I should be allowed to spend just 49 of it and to lose the other 7 as it is my own money.

Hoping for Better: My Disappointing Experience with Arnotts
I’m genuinely disappointed and frustrated with how my recent order has been handled by Arnotts. As someone who has trusted and shopped with you before, I expected a much smoother experience.
I had to reach out via WhatsApp because I wasn’t receiving any updates or even a dispatch email. The person I spoke to initially said they couldn’t help me. After waiting for an hour, I was finally told my order had been delivered — yet I never received any notification or tracking information.
As I’m currently at work, I haven’t been able to check if the order was actually delivered, which only adds to my worry. I feel overlooked and undervalued as a customer, which is really upsetting because I have always appreciated Arnotts.
I hope my concerns are taken seriously, and that improvements are made.
