Qomfort is a great company. I bought a pair of clogs, I ordered the wrong size. I contacted Qomfort and told them ,they couldn't be more helpful. The guys told me ,rather than return the clogs, to Donate them to a charity, I donated them to Northwest Hospice Sligo. They would send me another pair of clogs free of charge. A brilliant initiative. The guys are so helpful and very quick to respond. I will certainly be buying again from Qomfort. Thank you guys.

I made a purchase of a kingsize duvet set, but received a kingsize sheet, so got on to customer care, and got speaking to this lovely lady called Carmel, who was so helpful and couldn't do enough to help me get my right purchase ,which I received in a couple of days. So, yes I would give a 5 star rating. Excellent service and lovely to deal with.

Parcel wasn't delivered to my door, it was just left at a door down the street . Only a builder man that was working down the road seen it and brought it up to me at my house. I thought it was very bad.
