At Stansted Airport
What a delightful service from 2 lovely boys. Jeusif and partner in crime with his lovely Irish Language. Flying can be quite stressful but meeting these cheeky chappies lightens the mood. Such a pleasure to meet these great guys. Food and coffee excellent
Hope these staff are appreciated. This kind of Customer Service is rare

First Class Customer Service

I am extreemly delighted with the Customer Service I have received from Arnotts/ Ninja
Any staff I spoke to were as helpful as they could be. So polite and empathetic. Ava Marta Kevin
However there is one person who stands out from the crowd.
This is Jade who could give MASTERCLASS in dealing with Customers. She has gone over and above to resolve my issue
Gone that extra mile
I hope she is appreciated
She is a credit to herself her family and Arnotts.
Look after this young lady. She is a treasure
Not everyone has these atteibutes but I suspect it all comes naturally to Jade.

The WORST experience

I ordered here as as the website leads you to believe its a local store and and family florist that would hand deliver flowers.
And importantly I would be paying in Canadian dollars
Thats not quite the case. Its an online delivery service, with automated order responses that leave a lot to be desired with confusing updates.
It appears to be an American website not a Canadian website
After fobbing me off for days and unable to fulfill the order I had to cancel the order and order from a different company
A Canadian one.
I was charged in American dollars. I live in the Euro currency so it made a huge difference to me.
I would not recommend this outfit
The service was outrageous
Impossible to make contact with a human

Fantastic store not enough Staff

Fantastic store
Huge Selection but really really short staffed. Impossible to find a staff member to ask a question
I also needed to return an online item
Having joined a long queue I was advised to go to the lower floor
I went down there but there was no staff there. All tills were closed
I went back upstairs and joined the long q again and got transaction done
Not enough staff and those on duty under severe pressure. Very unfair on them
What a pity

Keep AWAY

This has to be the worst company I have Ever dealt with.
From start to finish.
It took the 3rd attempt to deliver what we actually ordered.
One delivery people were lovely
Another one diabolical. Rude unhelpful and condescending.
I must have spent 20 hours on the phone and emailing them.
So stressful and frustrating dealing with them.
They dont care
No personal responsibility.
A promise of a calls never happened.
I don't give my order no because I don't want to ever again have anything to do with DFS. I don't want to hear a mealy mouth insincere apology which is done solely to look as if they care on Trustpilot.
They don't care

Update. Just read their standard quick response.
It's a pity they don't respond to their Customers queries as fast as they reply to Trustpilot.
DFS you are a disgrace

Zero Stars

I have bought several Deffusers costing 108 euro and given as gifts
I have one myself that I bought in 2022
I broke the ceramic cover by accident.
Tried to order a replacement which cost around €40 only to be told that they no longer have these replacements. They only supply replacements for the newer Version 2.
So I can't use mine now obviously.
After reading such negative reviews I will buy a new one that will not be as expensive but just as good and pretty.
I expect the response to this review will be to tell me sorry that they no longer sell replacement covers gor Version 1.
I already know this.
Their responses to reviews are just a box ticking exercise. No sincerity whatsoever
They will tell me to contact Customer Service.
There is no Customer Service. It'd almost impossible to make contact with them and their response time is haphazard.
I am so disappointed with thir attitude.
I would not recommend buying anything from Noem.
I wish I could give them Zero stars.

I can see from your account that your Wellbeing Pod is 3 years old, therefore this is 2 years outside of our warranty period. The pod in question is also a discontinued product, which unfortunately we no longer have replacement covers for.

I can see from your communication with our team, that they responded within 48 hours of your first contact, however, for anything urgent we would kindly ask that you call us direct through this busy period.

If you wish to replace your Pod, then please keep an eye on our upcoming Black Friday offers - we have some great discounts coming up this weekend.

Apart from great food in a spotlessly clean restaurant in Drogheda the staff here are incredible.
Very pleasant cheerful welcoming professional. Extra special to children. So kind.
