I have bought these pins in the past and was happy with them. I then treated myself to the new metal Petite pin for fine hair, which just slid out of my hair almost immediately. When I complained, I was to look at the videos provided, eventually asked to send them back. I paid postage with tracking; they were delivered, but were being sent back to me, giving no reason. I have not received them nor refund, and almost €100 out of pocket. I am not happy.

I received a full refund for from Fiona Franchiomon, as my parcel had arrived to them ( 6weeks) from when I returned them.
So now I can refresh my review and give them XXXXX stars.

Great honourable company, we had an incident with a large delivery, customer service listened and investigated, once done they dealt with it very favourably.
I thank them for their service, and can highly recommend them for any goods.

We have travelled with Tui.ie for several years and have always been happy with them.when delayed for a long period we were accommodated and compensated without any problem, and communication was very good.

The driver was very obliging, in that when asked could he leave the packages of bird food around to the garage door, he did so without a problem.

I ordered twice and each time was very pleased with their printing cards from my paintings.
Delivery was as expected.

I have owned a Sodastream kit when my children were small and updated when grandchildren came. It is wonderful to have sparkling water on tap. However it is no longer cost effective. The exchange refills were ‹€9.50/€12, since Brexit if you can find a provider they are €22+. It's back to buying plastic sparkling water, more polluting of the planet. Pity!

We had a great holiday with TUI, as we have many times before. However after a delay of nearly two days and filling numerous TUI Claim forms, we have not been compensated. Also, unable to speak to anyone.
