dissatisfied with imagine


I am very dissatisfied with the customer service team, their waiting time is extremely long, today I waited 25 minutes and someone from their team answered and then hung up, the second time the same thing happened, the third time I could only reach someone. We all work and finding this time during work hours is very difficult to wait so long to contact their service.

Very difficult to use the chat at…


Very difficult to use the chat at FreeNow, it is simply impossible to find an answer to the questions I have. The emails are answered very late and the answer is the same, please use the chat through the Help app, which is not helpful.

It was the first time I used the online…

The claim process is fantastic, it takes a maximum of 2 days to be approved. Email response is also very fast. It was the first time I used the online GP consultations service and I received a very quick response to my call, but unfortunately they couldn't help me and advised me to call my own GP about my problem. I'm not sure if I'll use this service again.

Corner sofa

We recently bought a corner sofa and are extremely pleased with the service provided by the Arnotts team. Especially with the Furniture Administration Office, Linda was very helpful, she answered our questions very quickly. Thanks to Conor, the furniture sales consultant, he was very helpful when we bought the corner sofa.

The customer support is extremely bad…

The customer support is extremely bad and extremely rude, they are unable to answer any questions and they don’t have any experience. I have raised a complaint with the eir customer care team 1 month ago and I am still waiting for a response, web site support doesn't work.Stay away from EIR!
