We used Walkers after having a poor experience with another Estate agent and within days had people viewing our property. We had an offer put in within 2 weeks which we accepted and are now in our new home. All through the process we found Julie very helpful and professional and the sale went through with no snags whatsoever. I would thoroughly recommend this Estate Agent

Julie and WalkersXchange was absolutely amazing during the process of my purchase. She worked tirelessly to help get completion done despite several complications at solicitor level. Without Julie's effort there is no way this would have all completed in time to beat the new stamp duty changes. I can't speak highly enough of her and of WalkersXchange.

We were so highly impressed with Julie, John and Chris that I have no hesitation in recommending them extremely highly. While they appear calm and professional on the outside they MUST dash about like estate agents possessed!! Our sale went live at 10.10 on a Monday morning by 10.30 we had the first of nearly 20 appointments to view, the 3rd viewer made an asking price offer and we cancelled all later appointments. Julie recommended professionals to act for us and we were as pleased with them as we were with Julie and the team.

We sold our house right at the end of lockdown. Julie was instrumental in working with both solicitors (ours and the Buyers') to facilitate exchange and completion. She also was super in helping us communicate directly with the Buyers through her, as the solicitors had a very heavy workload and communications were sower than normal. The initial evaluation was also top notch, as photos were taken on the spot and a brochure produces within two days. This meant that viewings were able to be set up much more quickly than with other estate agents.

Julie and John were both professional and friendly throughout the whole process of selling our home. The photographs taken were excellent and showed the best features of our home.
I had confidence in their knowledge and ability to assist me through every stage.

I could not have wished for a better estate agent to sell my property. Both John and Julie put themselves out to make things happen and sort out any little hick up's I had selling my property. Great family business.

After using on an online estate agent with no success only 2 viewings and advised to sell my house £20,000.00 below asking price, I contacted Walkers Associates for help, they very promptly created a brochure for my property with excellent quality photos (shout out to Chris), marketed my property and very quickly had numerous bookings for viewings, not only did they support me to get the price I wanted, but they continuously monitored the sale, giving me constant updates and also ended up supporting my buyers to progress, when their online estate agents were nowhere to be seen. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anybody, brilliant service, thanks so much for everything Julie & John

Amazing 👏 Julie, John and Chris were fab from start to finish. They kept us up to date with the progress of our sale and when we lost a buyer we managed to get another within 2 days of the property being back on the market for more than before!

Fantastic service from the best estate agent I have ever used. I have been buying and selling houses for 30 years and can say without doubt, that I have had the most outstanding service ever.
