Nina did a fantastic job for our newborn girl. She's very skilled with putting baby to sleep as well since ours was initially awoken (and so we also had some pics with the little one staring at the camera as if she knows!). She managed to get a lot of poses and hence a lot of pics were taken. The editing part was very nicely done and we had them all in just a few days - so we could quickly share the lovely pics with everyone. A big thank you Nina!

The customer team does not solve the problem. They blame on some technical issue but not willing to attempt to resolve anything. A number they give to me fails as it's a robot on the other end of the line and keeps repeating the same message a million times - no human ever answers the phone! My shipment gets delayed to the next day everyday I check it so in effect I am not getting my delivery at any time!

As was last time with the mortgage application, it is smooth and defect free experience with the insurance service.
