All good - no complaints

I was with them for four or five years then moved house and during that time the service and support was excellent. I intended to stay with them when we moved but they made a mistake and my connection was delayed. Lo and behold they fronted up immediately and sorted out the contract fees without any cost to me.
10 out of 10 for integrity and good service.

This is an update to the review (B) below.
(A) Bought a refurbished phone for about 370 quid. Dropped it and broke the screen before I had a chance to fit the protective screen. My fault entirely.
Sent it back and asked for a repair quote. Immediate response with a quote of 270 (cheaper than anywhere else I could find). Gave them the go ahead and they responded within a day saying it could not be repaired so they sent me another which is just as good as the one I bought initially.
As a matter of interest I also checked their company report and they also make a profit while also donating 20 million to charity.

(B) Another first from a telecom company. I changed my data plan (Goodybag) for £20 per month to £15 per month. Within minutes I had feedback suggesting that the £10 per month plan would be more appropriate for my usage. Remarkable company.

Good service and VFM. And here is a first - the first telecom company that has ever given me a refund without asking. I selected the wrong methodology I topped up instead of moving my Goody Bag forward.

I have travelled quite a bit and experienced quite a few Estate Agents. Generally those experiences were less than enthralling.
I could wax lyrical all day about how good WalkersXchange are but suffice to say that they ticked every single box and went above and beyond their brief. They are simply the best I have encountered and I shall continue to highly recommend them.

Excellent piece of kit and unlike Outlook does not keep crashing.

Had a problem with a calligraphy set - returned it, got a refund promptly and bought a better package that is perfect.
Excellent service, delivery and value for money.

They were supposed to pick up two days ago. Went to the Parcelheroes site and the only option I had was to:
a) Write them a complaint letter, which they said they would resppond to in 14 days. That will work - the recipient of the package was expecting delivery within 5 days.
b) Drop off at a Hermes depot (I booked with TNT). I paid for pickup - I don't see why I should use my time and money because they cannot fulfill their contractual onbligations.
Not impressed.

LIft Equipment as decribed and good service that was flexible due to changing dates.

First of all I was late registering for my 3 year warranty and Bosch very kindly did it for me within a day of sending an email.
I bought the Bosch PBS75A Belt Sander 230v (an excellent tool) in November 2020 and it stopped working due to clogging of the Dust Passage with sawdust. They arranged pick-up within 18 hours of me reporting it on their website. Within 24 hours I had a response saying the issue was due primarily to lack of proper maintenance - after a couple of days of debate we reached a satisfactory outcome in a courteous and civil way. Most impressed with the speed of their responses and how they managed it.

VFM and arrived on time.
Recommended.

Finally arrived after 10 weeks.
Fitted perfectly.
Reasonable price.
Basically poor service but quality goods.

I struggled to find the part number initially for a 13 year old Honda Civic Type R but eventually stumbled across Cox Motor Parts. They were very helpful even after I confused them by giving them the VIN number of my other car. They must have spent an hour helping me out for a part that only cost about £6. Once it was sorted it was delivered within 2 days and fits perfectly. Excellent service.

Still waiting for delivery of plants - 2.5 weeks later
Shld not have said they cld deliver when they knew full well that deliveries were running late
