Delivery rip off/Defective furniture

Damage that we were not informed about on purchase.
The company wanted to charge double the cost of the delivery charge to collect the defective sofa.
Charging £148 in total, what a complete bunch of cowboys.

Great call handlers

Just renewal of home insurance. Spoke originally to young lady who went through everything efficiently and very polite. I had to call back and spoke to EC1 who was also very similar in manners and efficiency.
Both call handlers were great.

Bellway use substandard contractors and…

Bellway use substandard contractors and promise to put their poor work right by using another cowboy contractor do another bodged job.
Customer services are just a waste of time, they listen to the customers complaint and then side with their contractor without a second opinion from a professional who knows what he/her is talking about.
They promised to top dress our lawn to level it as it had all dropped and the cowboys that they instructed to carry out the work attended and threw a bucket of Sand and chemicals on it, that has burnt the grass and left it in such a mess and still unlevel.
After sending photographs of the garden to customer service, I was informed that the head of the department said that was it is the way they do it.
Now this matter is being put in the hands of the civil court.

Bunch of bandits

What a complete outfit of cowboys. Again one of their so called attendants, who are more like a bunch of sly cross breeds that climb out of grids to slap on fines. Even when you have legitimate reasons for your actions, they don't care and when you challenge their actions with POPLA, who in themselves are a useless organisation run by the car park companies. The fine increases to £100.
You cannot get a fair hearing.

Don't waste your time

You might as well pay them as well, because they charge the parking operator and then your fine increases when they make the decision in favour of the parking company.

Do not waste your money.

Do not waste your money.
Received from friend drooping flowers, in need of resuscitation, water and feed didn't help them. Contacted company and provided them with photos. They apoligised and sent another bunch, marginally better than the first. Again I sent them photos and they replied that they looked OK to them.
At the same time we received another bunch of flowers from a friend and these were from Sainsbury's, just tulips, but the quality between the two bunches were so far apart. We never purchased these from Prestige Flowers, but our friend who did wasted her hard earned money, did.
I would never use them. I recommend you do the same.
