Super support, advice and communications throughout the buying and selling process.

We purchased a property through Robb Residential in July, we were living in England at the time. All the way through the process Carolyn was so helpful and her communication was always fantastic, always keeping us in the loop. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

This is my second time I am using Rob Residential to let out my property. And once again they have been amazing and taken care of everything from start to end. They quality of customer service is exceptional and I would recommend them without a doubt and will definitely be using them in the future. They deserve to win.

Professionalism & Communication:
ROBB has consistently demonstrated professionalism and reliability. Communication is timely and clear, and I’m kept well-informed about any issues relating to tenants, maintenance, or compliance. They’ve been proactive in notifying me of any changes in legislation and ensuring all documentation remains up to date especially with the recent Lead Water Testing requirements.

Tenant Management:
They’ve done an excellent job finding and vetting tenants, resulting in very few issues and minimal void periods. The tenants they’ve placed have generally been responsible and long-term, which speaks to their thorough referencing process and understanding of tenant-landlord compatibility.

Maintenance & Inspections:
Maintenance is handled efficiently, with clear records and prompt action on any reported issues. Routine inspections are conducted regularly, and I always receive detailed reports with photos, which is very helpful.

Financial Management:
Rent collection has been smooth and consistent. I receive monthly statements that are accurate and easy to understand, and any deductions or repairs are clearly itemized. The accounting side of things has been very well managed, giving me peace of mind.

Overall Experience:
ROBB has provided a hands-off, stress-free experience that allows me time to focus on other things. Their knowledge of the Glasgow rental market, combined with their responsiveness and integrity, makes them a valuable partner in managing my property.
