We used this Company after searching for a local bathroom and kitchen Company and were very impressed by the great reviews they had.
We decided to have all the work done ( a new bathroom, en suite and kitchen) by them following our visits to their showroom so a very big job. From the initial consultation to the finished product ( which is exceptional by the way) all through the process the communication was excellent. The fitters and other workers who came to our apartment were all very friendly and helpful and nothing was a bother to them. The work done has been of a very high standard and we are blown away by the results. I would thoroughly recommend this company

We recently had a media wall installed by this Company and the results are fantastic. From the initial contact to the finish of the build everyone involved were efficient, friendly and professional .
Their price was very competitive in comparison with other companies we obtained prices from. We are delighted with the finished product and cannot praise this company enough. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Drivers arrived and asked if we needed wardrobe put up. We told them yes as we had paid for the platinum service which included this and removal of packaging.
They were already aware of this so no need to ask, unless they were trying it on

Contacted Steve and after some cancellation of appointments ( by us messing him about !) he came and fixed the problem we had with our boiler in rapid time. From us thinking it was going to something major and expensive, it transpired it needed a new part and was repaired immediately. Any other Company could have ripped us off by telling us all sorts was wrong with it and we would have been none the wiser but Steve was open and honest with us and the low cost of the repair was a very pleasant surprise. I would 100% recommend this business

All was very good - Jet 2 staff friendly and helpful in both airports and the check in / case weighing process fast and efficient. One constructive criticism was the length of time taken to come around and collect breakfast rubbish - we were on a 6.20am flight so had been up since 3am. Breakfast was served (which was superb by the way) but after eating all we wanted to do was put tray up and have a sleep. It was almost an hour before anyone came around for rubbish - I suggest more than one trip is made to collect rubbish.
That aside, a thoroughly pleasurable experience as usual with Jet 2

On unpacking the product I noticed damage to the front of the clam shell ( I had read this on another review prior to buying as it happens )
There was also slight damage to one of the wings
Nothing to warrant repacking and returning but still not 100% perfect
If I didn’t know better I would say I had delivered an already damaged product which someone had returned

Once again I decided to use Halfords Gateshead for my annual service and MOT and once again I was not disappointed
From handing my key in to collecting same day I was kept up to date with work being carried out and work necessary
I would thoroughly recommended this garage for any work

Next car due for service and MOT is my wife’s and we’ll definitely be taking it to Halfords
