Hotel Palmera Crete isn’t 4 star and not the the best

Hotel wasn’t the best certainly not 4 star

Cats poo in the sunbathing area, rude hotel staff, had to pay out for basic items and dining experience not great

Pool area awful and hotel a little dated .

I will never deal with company again…

I will never deal with company again and will encourage others not to either

It has been a complete catalogue of disasters from when we ordered until we eventually have receive our goods

I have a chronology of disasters from…

I have a chronology of disasters from this company and have made complaints to their Directors but just keep getting fobbed off by the team from customer services and sorry sadly does not cut it anymore

My complaint starts from when the order was placed with the Blaydon team which had to be corrected in May this year

From the 27th September the situation has just got worse with wrong orders, wrong colour carpets and wrong sizes, our carpet fitter will have had to visit 5 times when it should have been 2 days work and we are left without stairs and landing carpet for Christmas when this should have been fitted in September

They even tried to offer a less superior carpet and when I said no as it was the complete wrong colour they sent it anyway !!

The incompetence of this firm cannot be understated and if I could give a zero rating I would every time

And again this company has let us down

And again this company has let us down
Our saga has been going on since 27th September ! We have had wrong sizes, no deliveries, wrong colours and half orders

We still have not had any satisfaction of knowing when when we might have our carpets despite being told they had to deliver for fitting before 10th December for genuine reasons and nothing
