Honestly they couldn't do enough to accommodate you
We live a few hours away
Firstly more than happy to do a WhatsApp viewing
Secondly so great in helping you find a surveyor and solicitor
Being the fact we have no clue

Not told it was 5 quid
Yet when it came to total my 16 quid collar members price
Amounted to 23 quid
I said that's not right
Told its 5 quid for membership card
I said that still isn't right
It should be 21 quid
She had no clue
Told me the 16 was with membership card
So
I got charged full price for collar plus a fiver for card
You should be told before it's scanned
I even told her I feel I've been ripped off
As I would of paid 18 quid for collar
Now it's 23 effectively

9 hrs later 2 person still installing
Bits not cut properly
Nothing matches up

Project Timber offered new parts to be sent
Unfortunately shed was already being installed
After 2 weeks of negotiations
They've given us back 100 quid
Plus sending out extra bits
Customer service was prompt in the end

Really respectful in allowing us to take our time in choosing a sofa
As really important we got it right due to my disabilities
She left us alone, yet there whenever we needed to ask her a question
If she wasn't sure she'd ask her colleague
I felt important to praise her
As the Young get flack in not having good customer service
Yet this Young lady really shone today
I hope she gets praised enough for her customer service

It's hard when you are not from an area…
It's hard when you are not from an area and you need a surveyor and you have to search and hope that the company you use will be ok??
I came across Trevors Website and decided to use his services
Thankfully all was good
Very very good service
Trevor is very informative
I am really happy with the service given
I didn't need a survey as a cash buyer, thank goodness opted for one
As its saved me 1000s ...
I will definitely be using Trevor again in the very near future

The young girl knew no information on the cooker we wanted
Told us it was steam clean, as that's what we wanted
She was reading it on I pad
It wasn't steam clean
Went to store same day it arrived
Told could we bring cooker back by manager
Yea, like we can just hump a heavy cooker in back of car
Told only cookers available with that function were out of stock
Would have to wait 28ndays
Can't go that long without a cooker we said, as old one taken away
Now left with a cooker we didn't really want

Firstly after 4 weeks of receiving the 50 page paperwork we had to fill, were told only after chasing them it had been done in wrong format
How?? As we downloaded the form they emailed
Then told end Aug,not in wrong format, but a solicitor was taking over original solicitor as she had left wanted to start from fresh
Told Any issues, they would help, any answer we didn't know put I don't know

Nov chase, chasing est agents at yopa
Finally told by him buyer was selling his commercial property before he could purchase ours yet prior Beaumont in the dark, chasing them
All you got was I don't know
Rang spoke with a manager Beaumont, assured she personally would keep ab eye on sales, chase chase
Christmas came and went
Then another solicitor tool over
Wanted us to answer questions on first original form we sent Aug
We didn't understand which bit, she said highlighted, wasn't
4 weeks later after phone calls and phone calls, involving Optimus, advocacy
Finally she highlighted the parts
Now today told only yesterday they asked the council for the certificate of compliance, as an ex right to buy property
July, flat valuation 135k
Now 145 to 150k
Their slackness has cost us up to 15k

They have made us both unwell

Everytime I complain to you, Meghan Fisher seems to take it personally, then send snotty emails claiming she been waiting and waiting for outstanding paperwork etc, dispite emails from her previously saying received all paperwork etc just waiting on buyer
Then spend another week or so trying to prove her emails stating she has all, and waiting for response
A trainee solicitor should not solely be left to deal with sale, especially if she can't remain professional

To the point a member of staff got a manager
I was assured they are following guide lines etc, but still far too many people in through a pandemic
Especially overcrowded in meat section
Of course manager said they can't police customers, of course they can't, but there was plenty of staff all around the shop floor, and they surely have the right to say something if they see customers acting in appropriately
As staff at risk too
Was an awful shopping experience as I'm severely disabled
And in constant agony
Even when queuing at entrance to go into shop, no staff will even say for me to go
I can't stand without holding trolley
And yet because I look okay no one help
