I ordered two grooming brushes from mrwaggytails; one was fine, the other had a damaged blade and was missing a screw. I emailed three times and received a stony silence in response. Avoid at all costs.

I was sent some scam Evri codes which showed wrong parcel, wrong name and wrong address.
Communications stopped after I started to complain about recovering my money. They offered a credit or replacement...but nothing followed. Emails stopped. Nothing. End of !!
Reported to Credit Card for fraudulent activity / scam. Currently in the process of recovery money.

Poor customer service, harness injured my dog
I emailed waggy tails about the harness continually coming loose and it had slipped off my dog multiple times (my dogs blind so this was very unsafe for my dog). Sent images of the harness to them. They wrote back and said I had to send the harness back within a couple of days, I messaged to ask would I be reimbursed the shipping to return and still waiting on a response. However this harness had caused cuts to form under my dogs arms so it was only fit for the bin - the quality was poor the positioning of the clip is not good and it caused injury to my dog. I would not recommend this harness or this company - the customer service is a joke and given 2 days to return a faulty item and they couldn't be bothered to reply when I asked about getting postage reimbursed - which meant I missed the 2 days anyway. The harness was only fit for the bin do not waste your money
Worst company ever to deal with and shame on you
Worst company and worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, apart from the unhelpful response from Hayley return at your own expense within 3 days despite me saying I was out of the country, I asked for some grace time wise, since then they keep ignoring my emails to the point I’ve just all but given up and the coat that I purchased instead will go to a pet charity. Like others have said if I could give you zero stars I would. Shame on YOU Waggy Tails.

Not a good grooming device in my opinion. I used this on my labrador. I found it clumsy to use, not easy to groom all his nooks and crannys. I get far better results from my furminator and Kong silicone brush. Very disappointed in this product.

This was fourth order I've made. When placing order I asked a question and said we had a problem with the past harness. But in there wisdom chose not to answer. I then emailed them two more times and to date still not replied. On the time of order I paid an extra pound to get the hermes a bit quicker but it still took 2 and half weeks. And they printed phone number wrong. So I will not be ordering anymore and more to the point can not BE BOTHERED TO REPLY TO EMAILS.

Won't use this company again
I purchased a dog coat from this company in January, the coat arrived too small and they asked me to order another size and pay half price??? Why would I do that when I'd just paid full price for the one I ordered and just needed another size. I eventually got through to someone and they asked me to return the smaller one ( which I did) I have emailed from January to date and yet still had no replacement after someone stating they'd help me as I'm disabled. I'll never use this company again they haven't even hot the courtesy to call you or get in touch after 7 months of complaining.

Bunch of scammers. Ordered a M size harness, they sent a L. Returned it, sent proof of posting. No replacement harness received and they are ignoring our emails.

Overpriced Scammers - Read Reviews.
I ordered a cosy calming dog bed (size LARGE) at a cost of £31.99. And so it began !!!
1. Tracking number provided was not recognised by any delivery company.
2. I queried this by email 11days after order and it arrived 3 days later after a response telling me tracking number had been updated.
3. Terrible quality and no where near big enough for a cat whereas I had ordered one that advert stated was big enough for my little 10kg Poochon.
4. Apparently I could not return if more than 14 days after my purchase and it must have significant damage making it unusable - also it must be returned at my expense although a refund wasn’t guaranteed. I decided to cut my losses and donated to a pets charity shop.
