would give 0 stars if possible. Harness and dog lead ordered 20.8.25. Email received from Evri 3.9.25 saying item damaged beyond repair in transit and they were unable to deliver. Waggy tails advised the same day but no response as yet. Have gone to PayPal to reclaim my money. Could not recommend this company at all and would high suggest that you avoid.

Avoid at all costs. This knock-off from China is absolutely atrocious, it lasted barely an hour with my dog before ripping on the very first pull. Shipping took a month, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere, and now the seller is ignoring my request for a refund. Total waste of money and time.

Fantastic service very trustworthy

I have two Giant Rabbits Dex &Luna and waggy Tails have always helped me, my bunnies need a litter pan change daily feeding and water Sue at Waggy tails is always on hand comes very early sorts my bunnies out thank fully I am so grateful. I highly reccomend Waggy Tails great value for Money to. I will be using them again this year 2025 Thank you to the team

DO NOT ORDER! VERY VERY POOR

Ordered before looking on here, was gutted when I did…..

As expected from all of these bad reviews. Looks like a UK website selling a Julius K9 knock off but it shipped from China, took ages to arrive and when it did it wasn’t stitched properly around 1/4 of the hem, exposing the inner foam padding.
Shame I can’t add a photo.

While I like the pattern it’s made from very, very cheap materials and I don’t actually trust it won’t fail in use. And he’s just a 9.5kg miniature poodle!

UPDATE: I got a response from customer service asking me to return the item within 3 days or else a refund wouldn’t be sanctioned. When I queried whether I’d also be refunded the return postage costs in addition to the item as the item was faulted and, if so did they require Tracked 48. Silence. 3 days now lapsed. Attrocious.

Ordered a genuine Julius K9. You get what you pay for!

Don’t risk it

What I liked initially about this product was the width of the straps compared to other ones I’d bought. However, the big let down for me was the plastic clasps. The second time the clasp disconnected after my 4 month old pup pulled slightly, I had to stop using it. If you worry about your dog running into traffic - don’t buy this product.

Do not buy from this company

These products come from China. I bought a harness and a lead. They took over 3 weeks to arrive and the harness is cheap and unsubstantial. I am not confident it would withstand any pulling without coming apart. Not worth the risk.

Only giving a 1 star because you can't give any less. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I never received my order. I tracked through SHOP and waited but after 6 /7weeks i've never received it. I contacted them several times via email and not one response. Have had no choice but to contact my bank about it. Avoid them and buy from somewhere else.

Keep away from these guys

Absolutely terrible customer service. They will not refund you and the quality of the product is very poor. Both dogs are hurt with this no pull harness.

Don’t buy !!

If I could give zero I would ! I have ordered from this company back in 2021 which I was happy with harness it ordered an xs ,as years have gone on I wanted another one I therefore ordered one in January and did not receive for over a month ,as I ordered before I was sure the size would be ok but it wasn’t the harness came and it was so small ,I contacted someone on instagram who then told me I could send back for a size exchange or they would give me a discount code ,I chose to send back myself and made them aware which size I wanted ,it is now may and nothing has arrived after many emails and messages sent I got completely ignored ,I then contacted my bank which they temp refunded and stated they would get in touch with them ,I advise everyone to to do this and this company needs reporting taking money off people and not sending any replacements or refunds it’s discusting .

Don’t Use this Outfit

This company ignores the legislation on internet trading - they will not take any goods back and certainly not provide a refund. The best that we got was an offer of a discount on a further purchase and since then have had our emails ignored.

As for finding any details about them, the best that is available is an office in the city of London - presumably a solicitor’s or accountant’s office. A search on Companies House reveals nothing.

From our experience this company is best avoided.

Horrible staff, Adopt elsewhere

I called this place and sent multiple emails to adopt. The woman was so rude, arrogant and horrible to deal with, I wouldn't bother ever contacting them again. She had absolutely no clue regarding my background; once I enquired, I was told how terrible the pup was that I was interested in, plus all her bad behaviors, as well as how I was incapable of providing her with appropriate care. This interaction came about with zero consultation with me prior.

I have a physical disability, the woman had no idea, but upon hearing my voice, because I am young - instantly made assumptions and tried to palm off other dogs to me and ended up selling the girl I had promised to adopt once I could get there after the cyclone. People working at this place are totally judgmental and have zero respect for adoptees, unfortunately I would never get a pup from here, based on my experience and having to deal with the horrible staff that one time.

I wish I had read reviews b4 placing my order. I have a feeling that my review is going to be the same as the others.

I placed an order with this company for a small dog bed and was given a delivery date of between 5-8 days but could take up to 15 working days. It actually took 16 working days (whole week days 29 actual days).

On arrival, it was not what I ordered. I have read their terms and conditions and it states that they will only accept returns if the product is faulty. I have since tried to contact them but my emails are now ignored, just as alot of the other reviews have stated - PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!
