Only giving a 1 star because you can't give any less. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I never received my order. I tracked through SHOP and waited but after 6 /7weeks i've never received it. I contacted them several times via email and not one response. Have had no choice but to contact my bank about it. Avoid them and buy from somewhere else.

HOUSE OF SPARKLES - MORE LIKE HOUSE OF LIES. Do not trust this company. To update you all, after several months of false promises, no delivery of my order and then I called to ask for a refund, I was told they would not refund me. We paid a large amount of money, never had my dining set then they refused to refund me. I had to contact my bank who have been amazing help but months of upset caused by this company. Kelly, Ash, Charlotte, Ben and James from this company will lie to you. They will sound very convincing but they are not truthful. I had a call a few weeks ago off Kelly saying they were sorry for my bad experience and have tried to implement changes, and then offered me a bribe. A free Hollywood mirror in exchange to remove my review. Of course no mirror has shown up and I did not remove my review as I didn't trust a word that I was being told. If my honest review helps just 1 person avoid the months of upset this company has caused me I will be happy. Don't waste your time or money and avoid disappointment.

Ordered the Lincoln dining set with 8 wing back chairs. Don't waste your time and money. Ordered Oct 10th and told delivery 22nd of Nov. This came and went, Then told definitely guaranteed Christmas delivery, 10th dec, then 15th dec, then 23rd dec...furdeco were to deliver by Christmas eve, it never arrived. Then told 1st week January, now being told March. HOS Refusing to refund me!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE AND TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR..AND NEVER ACTUALLY PROVIDE WHAT YOU BUY.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. POOR COMMUNICATION AT BEST AND WHEN THEY DO RESPOND ITS LIES. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. I'm now going down the legal route as they are refusing to give me a refund. POOR excuse of a company. Con artists.
LOAN TABLE OFFERED DIDNT EVEN ARRIVE CORRECTLY, WRONG ONE! THEN TOLD OUR CHAIRS WERE ON THE WAY AND DIDNT ARRIVE ...BUT LAST MINUTE ON CHRISTMAS EVE SOME CHAIRS ARRIVED AND THRY WERE LOAN CHAIRS AND THE WRONG ONES!!! AS I HAVE SAID.. REFUND MY ORIGINAL ORDER AND THEN COLLECT YOUR MISMATCHED LOAN FURNITURE FROM MY PROPERTY.
