Inconsistent Sizing and no replies to…

Inconsistent Sizing and no replies to email!

I bought a raincoat for my dog. I ordered the same size as the harnesses I have bought from them before. However this jacket is too small and not the sizing recommended on your website. Also they make it near on impossible to return items or to contact them. So I have now resorted to leaving this review. Also they only give 14 days to return but because we were away when the parcel eventually arrived the time frame for returns had elapsed. Can I please be sent a returns label and refund? I have tried emailing them but got no reply.

Faulty Goods & Poor Customer Service

Faulty Goods & Poor Customer Service. I had a bed delivered unfortunately it was faulty (the headboard was snapped in two). Initially we had good customer service; were told to keep the bed until replacement one arrived. However when we went to put the bed together we found another fault in that we couldnt assemble the bed safely as the dowlings wouldnt fit. We have now emailed F&B numerous times and tried calling to no avail. I have now been contacted to pay for the faulty bed by the finance company which I object to! I am still awaiting a reply to my email of 6 days ago despite me asking 4 times since then for a reply.
