Calling this company is extremely…

Calling this company is extremely difficult. The number rongs to a recorded message which says its not pleasant being on hold bit thanks for your patience. Another message assures the will do everything in their power to help. A total of 4 hours on this message system. PMSL is the company name acronym not how I felt. Think so staff member trusted to take a phone home. Shocking service. 4 hours on a mobile cant wait to see my bill.

Well done Mercedes Benz Truro!

Bought a pre-owned C220d Cabriolet from Southwest Mercedes Truro. I dealt with Louise and Jake and and we managed to get to a mutually acceptable deal quite quickly without the need for arm wrestling! One or two minor cosmetic defects with the car were addressed and it was good to go. Communication with Louise re a small issue which arose was swiftly and graciously remedied. Communication with Jake was great probably the best I have experience and I have bought a lot of cars in my time such pleasant young man too. I must say I dealt with this dealership last year and I find them genuine and dare I say homely. Well done guys and I hope to see you again a few miles further down the road.

Placed an order online 3rd June 2019…

Placed an order online 3rd June 2019 for a jacket. The payment showed as declined which was not possible. Tried the transaction again again it said declined. I gave up. Later received two emails confirming the two orders for the same jacket. Checked my bank and two Payments of £45 deducted. Contacted premium number customer service on 4th June told that the order cant be cancelled they acknowledge payment problems with website. I was told that when order despatched info was received that one order could be cancelled. 7th of June received emails saying the could not supply the goods and the orders were cancelled. Refund to be sent with 7 days. No refund was received. Customer service number no longer available. Head office number disconnected. Im down £90 for £45 worth of goods. No response from company at all and no way to contact them.
