What a refreshing experience

What a refreshing experience, both Jack and Jamie were a joy to meet and deal with. No pressurising just left to view the vehicles we expressed an interest in, but on hand to answer questions. They had a good range of quality second hand cars that were well presented.

Poor All Round

I renewed my contract and was sent a new router, but not the extender unit that I had with the original router. The coverage in the house was poor and I discovered that the extender was not working.

You can’t talk to anyone other than through a typing session on the website. The representative assured me that the original extender should work with the new router and took me through other basic things to try – no result.

My second attempt I got passed from the first specialist who didn’t seem to grasp the nature of my problem to another who confidently took me through a number of steps that I could see had nothing to do with my problem. When she had finished she asked “is there anything that I can help you with?” When I asked about dealing with my original problem she had to refer me another specialist who got the bottom of my problem, but whn I asked him to confirm by email the new contract prices and the date of despatch of the equipment the line went dead.

Don’t Use this Outfit

This company ignores the legislation on internet trading - they will not take any goods back and certainly not provide a refund. The best that we got was an offer of a discount on a further purchase and since then have had our emails ignored.

As for finding any details about them, the best that is available is an office in the city of London - presumably a solicitor’s or accountant’s office. A search on Companies House reveals nothing.

From our experience this company is best avoided.

Why don’t they Communicate?

We were due to fly from Quito to Madrid and there was an aircraft problem. OK, so these things happen, ours was not a unique occurrence, but the way things were handled were as if no one had ever considered what to do in such a situation and formulated a procedure.

What was worst of all was Iberia’s lack of communication with its customers. Information at the airport was by means of a poor hapless employee who had the quietest of voices and seemed to have no idea as how to handle the situation. Now nearly 24 hours later we are stuck in a hotel with no information from Iberia as to how they are going to get us home; surely by now they have formulated a plan and have a replacement aeroplane on its way to us - who knows? Iberia must know at this point when the replacement plane is due to arrive and when it can be expected to take off, but they sure ain’t telling us.
