I am extremely disappointed with this company. I didn't move, change jobs, or change cars, yet I was quoted £1200 more than I was already paying from the previous year. When I called to discuss this, they only lowered the price by £200. As a result, I am leaving this company. It’s an absolute joke...!!! The car insurance industry is like the wild west and desperately needs to be looked at..! There is no such thing as customer loyalty anymore.

On line insurance, easy to use sadly the car insurance maket is like the wild west. I was with esure another online insurance company, no claims, didn't move, didn't change jobs, nothing had changed but for some reason quoted me over £1200 more than i was paying for the same car in total almost £2500... The whole industry is an absolute joke and seriously needs looking into.
1st Central Insurance look as though they are independant of the usual suspects which is a plus and easy to sign up

They say house buying is stressful but dealing with Megan from Morris Homes was a pleasure. We looked at a few different houses and settled on the Bridgemere in Alconbury Weald.
Megan is knowledgeable regarding the property and also knowledgeable regarding the house buying process.
Morris Homes purchased our house so there was no chain which again made the whole process easy.
Once we were in we were looked after by Tom and communicated with Hannah on a management level.
Every new build is going to have little snags but this house there was literally nothing to complain about, and the little issues that we had when moving large furniture into a house ( the odd wall scrape ) or different plumbing fixtures were taken care of by Tom and the team.
The only change that we will make is changing the colour of our front door and garage prefer black to cherry red
So yes 5 stars well done Megan, Tom and Hannah would recommend highly.

Its a solid 3 stars not too bad to deal with but here are my comments: The on line platform works well and you can see where you are in the process the customer services team will tell you their lead time for completion is way out there 12-14 weeks !! which is not helpful if working to tight deadlines.
Communication between the actual solicitor was ok could have been better in terms of responding back in a timely manner but overall good.
With LPL you get what you pay for, I’m sure there are better solicitors and I’m sure there are a lot worse
They say house buying is stressful but this experiance wasn't.

After almost 20yrs as a customer my time has come to an end as a customer.
With the evolution of on line shopping i can't see how this opticians stays in business.
Oh wait i forgot the margins it makes on frames has to be 40%-50% more than on-line. While the staff are fantastic, their policy of not adding lenses to frames purchased elsewhere or help with a repair. As a long standing customer when i needed a little help with a frame and they point blank refused to help put a bitter taste in my mouth.....
Sadly i or my family won't be coming back
