If I could give zero I would ! I have ordered from this company back in 2021 which I was happy with harness it ordered an xs ,as years have gone on I wanted another one I therefore ordered one in January and did not receive for over a month ,as I ordered before I was sure the size would be ok but it wasn’t the harness came and it was so small ,I contacted someone on instagram who then told me I could send back for a size exchange or they would give me a discount code ,I chose to send back myself and made them aware which size I wanted ,it is now may and nothing has arrived after many emails and messages sent I got completely ignored ,I then contacted my bank which they temp refunded and stated they would get in touch with them ,I advise everyone to to do this and this company needs reporting taking money off people and not sending any replacements or refunds it’s discusting .

I rang to enquire about prices for doors and delivery fees earlier today ,I spoke to a lovely gentleman called James c he could not of been more helpful with my enquiry I was very impressed with service so far will consider purchasing due to my experience today .
