DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUISNESS!!

do yourself a favour do NOT buy from this disgrace of a company... st helens staff on the cycle counter today was nothing short of rude and unhelpfull, EDEN as they them calls themself could have dealt with the simple issue in a polite and professional manner. Instead chose to be rude and for some reason immediately defensive. A simple return of a faulty item with 30 days of purchase. I was given every excuse in the book as to why it couldnt be refunded. A clear breach of consumer rights! I didnt want a refund. I just wanted an exchange. A different member of staff apologised on they thems behalf.
I will be taking this further as that kind of attitude towards a customer should not be allowed.

Cheap chinese rubbish

Cheap chinese rubbish. Save your time and money! Bought some carbon mirror covers for my x6 m50d and some replacement mirror indicators. Fitment was very poor large gaps and clips not locating correctly. Looked absolutely rubbish when fitted. I was offered 50% refund to keep them which i declined. I wouldnt want this rubbish on my car. Still waiting for a refund after they acknowledged recieving them back over a week ago. Apparantly there is a delay because they are moving warehouse and now they are ignoring my emails.
I will be going to the bank and get my refund that way.

Two days wasted.. just go to we buy any car.

Initial carwow valuation was £4700. They called me and we went through the pictures, condition, and history etc etc which was EXACTLY as i had already described. Valuation was dropped to £4300 no reason at all!. It went to auction with a guide price of £4900 but only recieved 6 offers! Top offer was £4338.

The whole thing is just a load of bull! And a waste of time. Unless you are happy to take a lowball dealer offer just go to a competetor and sell without all the faff of uploading pictures and phone calls etc. All this auction rubbish is just a hard sell to get your buisness by looking different to the rest.
Timewasters!

Staff in st helens are rude

Staff in st helens are rude, arrogant and incompetent. Frequently get your prescriptions wrong and then try and blame you when they do. They don't care about the inconvenience they cause you having to constantly go back. I would NEVER return here. I wouldn't trust them again.

Overpriced and poor service.

£25 for a burger and fries... absolute joke! Was expecting a belly buster for that price.
So disappointed with what came, it's 3 thin patties in a bun with a couple of gherkins and cheese.
Burger king over the road can do that for about £8-£10 drink included.
Service was slow as well. Bottomless drinks but only if your server can be bothered to come over and refill them!
Won't be returning here again!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Bought an apple watch from them via amazon, it came in worse condition than described. I immediately returned it. They acknowledge recieving it back but im still waiting for a refund after 2 weeks even when their policy is 7 days.
Customer service is via amazon message service and i have been told several times they are looking into it! JUST GIVE ME THE REFUND!!! You have got the watch back 10 days ago.

AVOID THIS SHAMBLES

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
DELTA FORCE WORSLEY! what a farce of a place!!! Firstly the 1 mile stretch of dirt track leading into it is that bad with deep pot holes, crawling along at less than 5 mph i still snapped a spring on my suspension... (ford kuga) its herrendous. There is literally no road to drive on.
Once in there it soon became clear that this place is poorly organised and completely run down. I understand that there is supposed to be a "theme" to the place but no, its just run down.
Next up is trying to understand what equipment you are supposed to get as basic. Seeing that a pair of ripped worn out overalls and a dirty mask isnt enough you are encouraged to buy more gear...in fact TOLD you needed gloves which you had to buy!!. Over to the kiosk we went. £90 for the "black ops" x1, £70 for the "commando" x2, £50 for the "starter" x4, so, with the promise of assault rifles, sniper rifles and better head gear etc. £430 spent, We were all in!
To say we were dissappointed with what we actually got is an understatement!!! Apart from extra paintballs and gloves (which fall apart), the helmet, jacket and weapons are the SAME!! Ok, so they are painted different but essentially are the same. Oh, you get some grenades as well which didnt work because they were too damp!
Absolute rip off!!

Now lets talk about the "maps"
What a joke. 3 maps in the woods. Too small and unkept. Barriers so low that you cant hide behind unless your a child. Stinking black Mud up to your ankles at every barrier..for gods sake just put some gravel or bark down there. Rules that were pointless because the marshals, (of which there were few), didnt give a crap enough to enforce. At one point in a game we just dropped out.
A lot of people still had paintballs left over because the games were so short and poorly mapped.

The final point i will make is the masks. They stunk of sweaty socks. Were falling apart and fogged up after 5 mins you couldnt see a thing. There was no cleaning station, You were told not to lift them up to clear them yourself, you were told, no, SHOUTED AT not to leave the arena! So, you were stood there not able to see or move getting blasted.

This place is unorganised and geared towards spending more money for nothing! Dont waste your money on the black ops or commando!!
All in all total cost of over £500!!! Save your money there are much much better paintball experiences elsewhere!

ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES

DO NOT!! SERIOUSLY, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY!!!
Spent £100 in store. Tried to return next day.. REFUNDS NOT ALLOWED!!! Left store with a credit note. Used it online and paid for next day delivery. 3 items all arrived seperately accross 6 days.
I wanted them as a birthday gift so this was no good!
The online chat apologised and said i could return them for free as it was their error. Got sent a link via email with a code to use for free returns which didnt work!!!
Back to online chat....
Same person, apologised said she got it wrong and i will have to pay to return!
So much hassle.. anything owned by mike ashleys fraser group is all the same. Evans cycles, sports direct, flannels, house of fraser, game, sofa.com, to name a few.

AVOID DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE

Only partial order recieved and i have to pay to return items that are not as described! Im stuck with a £100 voucher. I might as well burn it for the hassle i have had with this company.. bought out by mike ashley and has quickly adopted the same buisness model as the chavs choice sports direct. If i had known at the time i would never have stepped a foot into the place. Hopefully it will soon go under. Just avoid!!!

Had i known at the time this was now one of mike astleys corrupt new ventures i would not have spent one single penny here. They have adopted the sports direct buisness model of No refunds only store credit. Im now stuck with a £100 store credit. Not happy!

We were sreved RAW chicken and RAW…

We were sreved RAW chicken and RAW burger. The server said its brown meat, thats what it should be like!!! I wasnt sure so i sent the pics to my dad for a second opinion. He immediately called the restaurant to get them to change the food... it was undercooked, i could of got food poisening. If it had of been left to the server i could have been severly ill!
My dad said the attitude of the server was very rude, she didnt seem to care or understand the severity of the situation.
My meal was eventually changed but it should never have got to the point where an argument had to happen!

DPD LOST MY PHONE AND ADMITTED LIABILITY. THATS FINE I ACCEPT THAT, HOWEVER MOBILES HAVE BEEN USELESS, ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANOTHER PHONE SENT OUT, I CANT CANCEL AND GET MY DEPOSIT BACK EITHER!!
CUSTOMER SERVICES KEEPS SAYING ITS BEING DEALT WITH BUT ANOTHER WEEK PASSESS, NO PHONE! NO MONEY! EVERYTIME I PHONE ITS 30 MINS WAITING. THEY PUT ME ON HOLD THEN CUT ME OFF. MEANWHILE IM SENT A BILL FROM VODAFONE!!! THIS HAS BEEN SUCH A FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE AND I SHOULD NOT BE THE ONE CHASING THIS EITHER!!!
I AM NOW CONTACTING THE OMBUDSMAN!!

UPDATE: about 2 weeks later i recieved a replacement phone which i had to take because they wouldnt let me cancel the order! By this time its too late so i returned it the same day. I had to pay £10 to do this.

It is now the 5th november and i am currently out of pocket by £234 and still waiting for a refund. £165 upfront cost plus £59 line rental i was charged even though i never had the phone! I was told a cheque for the £59 is in the post 3 weeks ago!! I was also told by the online chat agent my £165 refund was processed and would take 3-5 days..that was 7 days ago!!

There is no point phoning because when they eventually answer they hang up on you mid conversation! The online chat are rude and have never manage to resolve anything!

Please also bear in mind this company is part of the CURRYS CARPHONE WAREHOUSE GROUP

THIS COMPANY ARE SHAMELESS LIARS PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SANITY AVOID THEM...ITS TOO STRESSFULL!

Waste of time

Waste of time! Keeps declining orders even though my account is in good standing.

There is NO customer service apart from a "bot" you can chat to. The queue is always 160 ppl long to get to a human but the chat always cuts you off before that so Problems go unresolved!!!

No customer service so dont bother trying!!

This is a German based company with a uk phoneline and thats it!
I bought a pair of running shoes from jogging point which is the same company as tennis point, i had to return them and have been trying to contact them regarding my refund but i am either on hold for 20 mins and then cut off or am told by an automated message that im calling outside of buisness hours even when im not!! Basically there is no customer service apart from the automated returns procedure, i think i will be contacting my bank to get the money back if i can. DONT BOTHER WITH EITHER OF THESE JP or TP.
